It's snowing already!
So I opened the door to let my dogs out this morning and much to my suprise we have about 2 - 3 inches of snow on the ground! And its still snowing pretty hard, (even though u cant tell in this picture).
I know summer is over but snow in the begining of November is a little ridiculous! I hadnt even finished raking my leaves up this year, lol (guess it can wait).
What happened to all that global warming??
Guess it's time to bust out the snow boarding gear and get the boards waxed, looks like we are going to have a long riding season!

even though the time has been short to predict global warming (a mere 30-40 years - and yes, I know because I was in Bonn Germany studying this climate change in 1987), they indeed have accurately predicted changing weather pattern such as an increase in climactic weather patterns (hurricanes, floods, record heat) and melting of glaciers. No one tried to predict how many solar flares there are in the same time period because we just dont know enough about the sun, but my guess is that they would not have accurately guessed both increasing activity and some kind of correlation with weather. So now you need to ask yourself, what is the probability that scientist thirty years ago could predict climate change and get it right? Most people think global warming is seen on a day to day scale where the truth is it is seen in incremental levels over a long time period. Regardless of what you believe, shit is changing and ignoring it because we are too lazy to change our habits is foolish.
The intermediate seasons fall and spring each time has less presence. The trend in many regions of the world is changing to only two seasons. Thus we went from very hot temperatures in the first days of autumn that corresponded with summer temperatures to the same week registering temperatures below 0 degrees Celsius.
Ive heard that we are actually entering into an ice age not a global warming event. Correct me if im wrong but hasnt the sun cooled down recently? I know u are the expert on this kind of stuff..
The sun is not cooling. He is changing his activity. This change in activity has consequences for the Earth's climate, as it has had according to the Paleoclimatic data.
The international scientific community is almost all positioned in the "global warming", in spite of that there are other minority currents in which I find that we see much more temperature correlation with Solar activity.
The amount of time used to complete many of the scientific publications that support "global warming" is too small and in some cases even ridiculous.
Taking into account that the first life forms appeared around 3,500 million years ago, trying to define the Earth's climate based on the last two hundred years seems absurd to me ...
