#1. To make Puree Puree we need:
250 gm spinach (fresh leaves)
2 green chilies (cut into thick pieces)
5 buds garlic
1 inch piece of ginger
2 onions (cut into large pieces)
4 tomatoes (cut into large pieces).
#2. To make spinach curry we need:
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
Salt according to taste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon hot masala powder
250 grams paneer (1 inch size cut into pieces)
2 tablespoons Take Fat Cream.

To make the puree of spinach, we must first blanch the spinach.
Boil 4 cups of water for this and now put spinach in this hot water.
Boil the spinach in hot water for as long as 1 minute and then immediately put in ice water. This is called ice bath. It has two advantages. First of all, that does not overcook the spinach with it. Secondly, it keeps the spinach's bright green color.
After 1 minute, remove the spinach with cold water and take a little over and extract extra water. Then put it in the grinder so that its purée can be made.
Add all the ingredient for the puree in the grinder and grind them together and make puree. In this you will not need to pour water while grinding.
Now, to make its curry, heat oil in a pan.
Put the spinach puree in it.
Cover and cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes and keep stirring in a little while.
After 5 minutes, add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and garam masala powder and mix well. If you feel curry a little thicker then now you can put some water in it.
Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame and cook it.
Finally, add low fat cream and cottage cheese and mix well. Just remember that the cheese is not broken.
Just cook it for 2-3 minutes while keeping it open on medium flame for the last time.
The perfect creamy silky spinach cheese is ready. Serve it hot with any recipe of bread or rice and garnish it with cream.
