Hello Steem friends wherever you are, today I'm back in my Friday habit, as usual only one post pictures and a little story, baecause in our customs, culture and local wisdom in Aceh, we do not do heavy work on Fridays, such as farming in the fields or looking for fish in the sea, we also do not travel far so that Friday prayer congregation can run smoothly without any constraints
Teuku Umar Mosque
On the occasion of today I want to tell about the uniqueness of a mosque in Aceh, a state of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia
This Mosque is located on Teuku Umar Street, Banda Aceh City, one of the uniqueness seen from the view of the dome is different from the existing dome form in other mosques throughout Aceh, Indonesia and even the World, where, in general mosques in the region Asia has always adopted the dome form of mosques in the Middle East, so almost all mosques in this region use onion dome as the highest accessory of every building of Mosque
But not so with this mosque, either because it is located on Teuku Umar Street or with other reasons so that the architect of the construction of this mosque using Kupiah Meukutop as the top accessory, as we all know, Kupiah Meukutop is a typical Aceh hat used by kings or used by ordinary people during certain days or ceremonies, also used by every groom at marriage or weddings party
But whatever the reason, the beauty of this Mosque has become one tourist destination for local and foreign tourists, just to see or perform the Obligatory Prayers, Sunnah Prayer or Hajat Prayers
Through this post I also invite all Muslims steem friends around the world to further improve the quality and quantity of worship in this Friday, because worship in the Friday will be much better than the other days
