Raphael and his posse seemed to have waited far too long outside of castle Greyskull, there was no one else in sight and they must have been far ahead.

There was the great reunion between @Silvernova and @Phelimint from the last quest. He was told of the transformation to Raphael. Then of course they discussed the ever so hot April O’Neil.

With this GnikOdranoel joined in. It turned out Raphael wasn’t the only turtle that really liked having April around the sewers with them. Silvernova explained about his transformation to Goose and all his sweet new abilities. They also searched high and low for @edthecanadian, who was yet to be spit out the portal, but sometimes people are delayed. Maybe he’ll show up and come along.

With that they also shared some pipe weed that Goose has brought, turned out genetically modified DNA and Ooze, makes you pretty damn susceptible to the effects of such weed. The entire posee fell into a sleeping state for many days.

“Shit man, we need to get to Windmere and get on with this damn quest” Raphael exclaimed while shaking the rest of the team awake.

“Oh yeah, we gotta be there by tonight right?” Questions Gnik.

“That’s what I thought”, answered Goose.

“Yikes, let’s get on with it, can we all ride your CyberSteed Triton?” Raph asked.

“No, he’s not a pack mule, can you damn turtles even ride a steed with those damn shells?” Questioned Goose

“Of course we can, didn’t you watch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3” Asked Raph.

“Umm, don’t you remember Raph, That movie was kinda a flop, I doubt anyone saw it” Lamented Gnik.

“Whatever, lets walk then!” Raph stormed off.

The trip to vile marsh was uneventful, until they encounter the Nightflame.

It sounded very ominous with this description from Julia the questmaster.

Pay particular attention to avoid the once mighty Nightflame on the edge of Vile Marsh. It is haunted by supernatural beings, >that is, those who fell on the battleground but whose souls are unable to pass into the afterlife. “The Wanderers” cannot >escape Nightflame as they as they are trapped there by ancient Grayskull magic. Do not let them touch you or you will both >die. The only way to defeat the Wanderers is with an enchanted blade.

The Nightflame was full of “Wanderers”, they appear to look like feeble hunchbacked ninjas with glowing yellow eyes and they were quickly approaching the group.

“Where do we get this enchanted blade?” Asked Raph.

“It sounds like we just need ‘an’ enchanted blade, not “the” enchanted blade” Gnik clarified.

“Thanks professor! I thought we left Donatello at home, but how does this help us, can you enchant shit?” Chirped Raph

“Well actually I used to be an alchemist” chimed in goose, “and if you’re in need something my DNA allows me to shapeshift”.

With this Goose took their ninja weapons, his arms quickly changed between, wands, hammers and files and when he was done the weapons were glowing.

“They are now enchanted! The quickest enchantment was +1 in woodcutting”

“Woodcutting? That’s a dumb enchantment but whatever, Cowabunga!” both ninja’s shouted in unison and headed into battle.

They quickly went to work dispatching wanderers, and the turtles had impressive ninja skills, working in unison and highly trained.

Raph’s Sai were surprisingly deadly weapons, with quick jabs he quickly pieced the foes, while Gnik’s samurai sword cleaved the wanderers.

When they were done a blood bath was behind them.

They were quickly into vile marsh and ready for the next battles ahead.

First they encountered a defeated Mosquitor, he appeared to be covered in some sort of sticky foul spray with a wooden steak in his chest.

As they continued they found the decapitated head of Leech in a huge pool of blood.

“Wholly crap, what kind of vicious murders are also on this quest, with all this carnage?” Questioned Raph.

“Umm guys, you totally massacred all those wanderers, it was pretty messy” Reminded Goose.

“Good point” chuckled Gnik.

After these observations the teams cautiously approached Windemere with a new found curiosity, they best try to keep up.
