Fisto Rushes to the Aid of the Gummi Bears - Cant' stay out of trouble - Reunites with an old friend!!!

No sooner had Inspector Scootadget rescued Fisto from the trap in the Pyramid in Gothlandir, She-Ra, Kubbyglimmer and TeelaKpop arrived, and they all set off to rescue King Stratos and retrieve the egg of Avion. The mission was a resounding success. King stratos, and the Egg Of Avion were safe again.

With the Egg in his grasp, Stratos regains his power to fly, and soars off with the egg to return it to Avion, and places it back in its cradle, restoring the power of flight to the Bird People.

As they were making their way into the town center at Gorthlindir a bright light flashes in fron of them. "Here we go again!!" mutters Fisto. "SHHHH!!!!" comes a chorus of admonishment from the Girls of the Grayskull Mansion. Fisto just grunts.

"Oh for shit's.." THWACK!!! Inspector Scootadget puts his Brain back in it's place.

Julia, Sorceress of Grayskull appears unimpressed, and lets out a rather loud and piercing whistle.

"Woah!! Big up for the J-Dawg learning to whistle at last!!" Cheers Fisto. "What's cookin', good...?"

"Oh shut it Fisto!" sighs She-Ra, rolling her eyes back in her head.

"Oi You lot!"

After accounting for everyones' wherabouts, and giving a genral news update Sorceress Julia continues with some shattering news..

Brace yourselves for this is devastating news. Our beloved bears have been kidnapped – all of them. Cute fluffy colorful Carebears and yummy scrummy Gummi bears. It does not bear thinking about!

This is so dire I will use my powers to open portal so that those wandering between Wildmere and Gorthlindir can come here immediately but do it in haste (had a big night – powers aren’t what they used to be!)

Here then are your instructions:

Head north to Valmorlar where the Care Bears are being held captive in underground ice caverns by Professor Cold Heart. Be careful, as he has enlisted the help of No Heart and Icer to ward off the heroes. Help the Care Bears return home and unfreeze the Evergreen Forest before the ice encroaches upon Castle Greyskull.

Alternatively, head north to Castle Drekmore in Se’Andar to rescue the Gummi Bears from Duke Sigmund Igthorn. Watch out for other foes including Toadie and Lady Bane who are intent on stealing the Gummy Juice to boost their own powers and take over the north.

You have seven days to complete this mission.

Julia is barely finished her last sentence, and Fisto is off like a rocket.

"I'm coming for you Gummi Bears!!" He can be heard shouting as he runs up the gravle road, heading north. It was the Gummi bears that got Fisto through his troubled phase as a child, and kept him believing in the power of good to triumph over evil, when he was down and out, and the mental scars of him losing his entire betallion during the Great Unrest, and facing the Evil Trapjaw in hand-to-hand combat were still Festering...

He owed it to the Gummi Bears to go and rescue them.

Fisto is no sooner out of sight of the others, when he feels something grip around his ankle, and spin him around and up into the air, his swords flying into the nearby bushes. It was another trap. Fisto has found himself dangling from a devious spring trap, laid by none other than Entrapta

"Ah SHIIIIT!!!!!!! BIAAATCH!!! Not Again!!!! HEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!!!" Fisto then mutters to himself: "Stupid fricken Fisto!!! Why can't you slow down and watch where you're going!!! You really should stop talking to yourself though.."

Out of nowhere he hears a familiar sound, one he has not heard in many years. A cold shiver goes down his spine, and his neck hairs stand on end.

"Stridor!!! I thought you were... Where did.... I can't believe it's you!!! Help me down would you? Oh man!!! Wait until the others find out you're back!!!" Stridor chews away at the vines holding Fisto up in the air, and get through them in no time. Fisto goes over to the bushes and retrieves his swords, places them firmly back in place, and climbs onto Stridor's back.

Reunited again for the first time in nearly 30 years, the formidable pair stride of into the distance, ready to do battle together once again, just like the old days!!

For the first time in many years, Fisto finds himself smiling again!!

Out of the corner of his eye, Fisto catches a glimpse of Blade heading back toward the rest of the team. "Heheh, he just doesn't know when to give up, does he?" He decides not to turn around, and keep heading north.
