Most often I do not like to fall asleep, because I want to continue to do something, draw, read, teach, and the day is over. But Wake up ...  I like knowing the morning, the morning rituals of preparing Breakfast, the morning light from the open window, the freshness of a new day, the awareness of the body is full of strength and energy, relaxed and easy. Today I have collected 25 ideas, which can be recalled at the very beginning of the day, not necessarily about everyone, but at least about some of them:


1. Reach out
