MOTIVATION OR HOW TO HELP YOURSELF TO START DOING


Hi my friends!

Do not close within one activity. Life is not static, and the transition from one sphere to another can be a successful turn of fate. If you got the chance to prove yourself in something else, why not take a chance? Get a fundamentally different education, change the profession. Luck loves those who do not trample on the spot, do not avoid all new and non-standard. And if someone calls you with a strange at first glance proposal, answer the case:"Yes".



The fact that motivation is either there or it is not there is certainly a fact, but I am sure that motivation can be found, developed, strengthened or organized.

If you are doing what you like or really want to - the motivation comes by itself. But sometimes even when you really want to do that much - you can't pack up and take himself in hand, don't know where to start. In this case, motivation is at the very beginning of its development and/or needs care, attention and strengthening.

There is another case - when we are not sure whether we should do what we have planned, or when we are afraid of our own goals, considering that we are not smart enough/creative/talented/worthy of it. In this situation, ask yourself the question: "Why?" Example:

- I don't do what I want to do.

- Why?

- Because I don't think I'm talented enough.

- Why?

 Because I'm lazy and it may lead to nothing.

- Why?

- Because I would still never reach success.

And so on. If your internal dialogue is similar to this one, it is likely that the reason for the lack of motivation is not in the amount of talent or inspiration, but somewhere deeper. You need to learn to believe in yourself and do instead of calculating the percentage of its failure before you have made at least one step towards the realization of your dreams or ideas.

The sooner you understand and accept that the reason is inside you, the easier it will be for you to get rid of it. The main thing to start and be honest with yourself! 

If you do not want or no need to go into such depth, then maybe you will help some of my ideas for the growth and care about your motivation:

Set a goal

Write a list of your goals and try to make sure that the list was in front of you as often as possible. Goals are what we are moving towards, and actions are what we need to do to get closer to the goals. Write yourself a beautiful and colored poster with all the goals and read it every day. With him out loud!



Draw yourself your calendar!

Or do from improvised materials. Books-diaries are not suitable - they are often closed and to open them, you first need to remember about them. The calendar should look like this: it should have large Windows to record everything you need to do! Fill in the Windows with dates not only monotonous text cases, but also beautiful pictures - visual support is important, because the text is sometimes very lazy, and the picture will catch the eye and consider, especially if you like it. The calendar should be colored, not monotonous, to pay attention to itself. Keep track of your schedule, trying to make the most of it, although at first you will be hard to follow it. Having achieved that you will manage to do at least half of the appointed himself - will be the first success. Do not stop there and continue to grow! The more organized you approach the implementation of your ideas, the more time you will have to stay on vacation.

Speak your affirmations

Affirmation is like a mantra - something we repeat to ourselves and believe in. Let it be "I take myself and I do, because I have set a goal and want to achieve it"! or something that will work for you. Daily support for yourself (especially aloud) is very important - it will help to get your hands on and start doing.

Do the Sport

Yeah! Sport, even 5 to 15 minute exercise program - to stuff you, and your body will have more of the hormones responsible for good mood and fighting spirit. Well having studied already there is no wish to be lazy - there is a wish to continue this feeling of productivity of the time.

Find inspiration

Read more and look at successful people in their field - autobiographies, for example, will be useful. It should be understood that a very small number of people were born with an innate schedule inside, from which they do not retreat. Most happen weekly long moments of laziness, but they learn to take themselves in hand - such examples need to be inspired. Be inspired by pictures! Print and hang them on your wall\corner\mood Board. Music and movies will also be your helpers.

Encourage yourself

For the week all cases - encourage myself by buying something really tasty or something that I wanted, let it be even a trifle. Remember that any job is to be encouraged and even if it's something you do for yourself-it's worthy of reward.

Stay out

from thieves and time scavengers! Such as: social networks, tumblr, etc., where each link goes to another and as a result the fact that in fact this information you do not need, but only clogs your head. Limit the time spent there and keep it under control. Learn to tap the cross in time.

Focus!

Remember your goals and don't give up on them. You can add new ones, but not to the detriment of not yet executed - or revise, but be careful that it does not become a throwing from one to another. Keep in mind and in front of your eyes every day what you need to be focused.

But don't overdo it.

Our body also has an opinion on everything you do. If it's something you've done too much or too long, and there's no reward, it'll hurt. It's like after a severe over-training when I Wake up in the morning, you brings all the muscles and of course you can't even sit down without pain in the next week. Who wants to train again when it's so uncomfortable? Nobody! It is better to break up big things into small, combining business with pleasure, and do not try to do everything at once and then get lazy, unable to gather again.


Start!

Without this item - the rest will be a waste of time. Don't be afraid to start and do what you can. Look for new ways and new moves to implement your ideas. Don't expect instant success of his work, and just do it! Start with the little steps and do what you can. And it is sure to bring you results!

In conclusion, I want to say that everything depends on you, your mood and desire to do. You can have your own ideas and moves that you create based on your own experience and knowledge of yourself.
