ANGER, A DEADLY EMOTION

Well, in my definition anger is a way of rebelling in a situation.
When you give so much to life, you tend to expect some measure of it to come back to you through the people in your life, but when the reverse is what you get its hard not to get angry. Part of life lessons is that to enjoy your life and have peace of mind, you must have a zero expectation of anyone. Do all you do because you want to and because you enjoy doing it. On the other hand, it is good to have expectations of people, to give them the gift of honor. It is their responsibility to prove you right or wrong. You only need to give that gift with knowledge, knowing that they are humans, they have their own choices to make and it may not be what you prefer.
Anger is unavoidable; you can get angry, in fact you're allowed to but the most important part of it is to always be in control of it and not to let it control you. When you live above anger, you feel this inner peace. Emotional intelligence is key because every emotion can be controlled. Anger has its place in human relationship when it is appropriate. It is okay to feel angry when we are treated poorly, sometimes; we need to use our emotions such as anger as a tool to help get us what we want.

Anger goes deeper than the issue at hand and that is why you see people go mad when they take things the wrong way. Take time to think or get it out of your system. Whether shouting into thin air, exercising or ranting to a friend like I do most times and it works; we can get angry at injustice. However, decisions made in a state of anger by definition are irrational. When we are angry about something, we dash out and destroy. Only the rational mind can find a way to change the world permanently and peaceably. Be rational by being a god not a dog. Our thought process affects our emotions and we should endeavor to channel our anger into a good cause. We can focus our anger on societal injustice and also discrimination against other vices which are necessary for change.
