His mom was probably born near here
and they keep coming back to where they
were born I've heard. Mom was more than
likely one the yearlings we seen a few
years back. Shocking he was looking at
me, tho I don't think he could really see
that I was staring back, wonder if it was
the camera lens making some reflections
when clicking lol
I'm hoping its a GIRL :-)
A girl would be great and then you could see her pregnant one day. Have you ever seen a pregnant moose?
I probably have but it is hard to tell over
winter. Then in spring we see mostly young
cows and bachelors, a rare bull with horns.
Then mom will bring the little ones out to
show off. I've not noticed a moose look like
a horse, where a horses belly gets real huge
when looking at them head on or from the
other end lol
Now that you mentioned it tho, I will be looking
more closer, yet not to close haha
Cube moose, makes my day. Seriously, it is freaking awesome, bad ass!

He looks like he is looking right at you, and the water ripple one looks like the picture was taken from a boat on the water, not from out of Loki's window.
Yep Loki's window! Well one of her many
windows but by far her most favorite! :-)

She was sure looking right at the camera
maybe the lens was reflecting. No one
was barking, not a word was spoken of
M O O S E lol
The ripple does look like many of the
wetland areas with the weeds right in
the water, rains enough the driveway
looks this way at times tooooooo LOL

I just love these ripples lol
He sure has gotten much bigger in just a
few short months of summer. Waiting till
winter to see if he/she gets little horn nubs
to really know what to call um, for now he
seems like a he lol
It seems that animals are always a 'he' to me until proven otherwise. I'm not sure why that is!
I do the same and noticed a couple more
folks doing that also lately! lol
Wonder what the percentages of that is globally? :-)
A friend in France told me that all animals are 'she' until proven otherwise. She thought it odd that I assumed her snail in the photo was a 'he'.
🐚 lol
On the other hand many cars and trucks are she's :-)
