I bet you’re regretting holding, hodling, whatever they’re calling it, all of your Bitcoin now, aren’t you? Back when it hit 20k, you just held, hedl, hled, whatever they’re calling it and now what? Now Bitcoin’s struggling to maintain five four three thousand and all of the top altcoins are down 75% from where they were a year ago. The unhackable computer algorithm powering #bitcoin doesn’t require a bank but it’s ‘money.’ It’s used to transact trades between two parties but it can’t maintain value. It’s a store of value without assistance from a central banking authority but it’s not insured—too many but’s. It wasn’t a good idea when the market was being manipulated green and it’s not a good idea when the market is crashing red.

All of the “coins” have acronyms and symbols because Roman numerals or typical filing systems are boring and outdated. Each #currency has its own symbol in the shape of a diamond, or an M, or another letter like a D or a Z. There’s over 2,000 of them now, just name a letter or a symbol and I’ll bet you mythical money it’s out there somewhere in mythical circulation.

symbols

The above symbols have been on a steady, year long decline because they’re just symbols. They’re part of an idea that requires a lot of preparation, what you’re not doing is paying attention to the symbol that sets the standard—the one you rely on to feed yourself.

The one

That strip of cryptocurrency symbols I showed you would be less cartoony if they pictured, alongside them, the symbol that justifies their values. I’ll add it now; one you can touch, smell, feel, fold and, most importantly, use to feed yourself and purchase shelter worldwide.

Said the cattle who can’t get Uncle Sam’s Blank out of their mouth! “MmOooooooo.......”

That was tough! Eh, what’s up #steemit?? We just proved each of those symbols are simply that, symbols, something we copy and paste, they’re not tangible. Screen shot them, print them, stare at them, it doesn’t matter, they’re forever intangible symbols. I think too many people put all of their faith in the symbol on the far left side. I’m not suggesting abandon it, I’m only suggesting spreading it around and, at the very least, familiarize yourself with it.

The current store of value and exchange regulation system has been in place for less than 160 years. Your grandmothers grandma was alive for its creation. That’s when President Abraham Lincoln and US Congress created the Internal Revenue Service Commissioner and enacted an income tax to financially support the civil war in 1862.

After three hard fought years and countless lives were lost between the Southern Confederates and the Northern Union, topped with the assassination of President Lincoln at Ford Theater in Washington DC, the Civil War officially ended on June 2, 1865. The income taxes used to finance the Civil War were enacted near instantly and required over 10 years to repeal. Finally, in 1875, the IRS and their commissioner were unemployed and the Civil War Tax was lifted. However, Congress revived the income tax in 1894 and, in less than one year, it was repealed for a second time by the United States Supreme Court, who ruled the national income tax as ”unconstitutional” and here we are today.

Today, unless you’re a wealthy lawmaker, you forfeit a percentage of your earned income to the IRS in the name of income tax, a forfeiture ruled unconstitutional by the US Supreme Court 125 years ago. The tax was never lifted, in fact, the opposite has taken place and continues today: “reform.” With each year a new bill is passed, backed by laws and regulations that were selected, rather than democratically voted for, by someone you’ve never met who works for an entity we’re not aware of and if we don’t abide: the freedom you believe you’re entitled to will be revoked.

I’m a newly retired Journeyman Wireman of 22 years in the United States. I’ve had to shake hands with a lot of devilish details. One false move or error on my part has the potential of an empty refrigerator and I don’t just feed myself—that’s not an option. I had to educate myself quickly, first things first: taxes. Tax payers who punch a time clock in the United States are categorized separately from tax payers who are drawing pensions in the United States—I didn’t know that! I had always generalized tax enforcement as a blanket rule. That isn’t how it works.

I’ve never understood how the calculations are reached, nor who to ask but I’ve always known how to compute 32%. I was consistently surprised on job sites when none of the fellas around me knew if they are paying 37, 35 or 32 percent of their wages in taxes—they didn’t know! I always felt awkward being the only person who asked and, when answered, I requested the answer in writing. I paid the high taxes because I was always single without kids or mortgages which means I earn zero tax benefits and the IRS sees that as a flight risk—they hate that! For the past 11 years I filed my taxes annually, cut the feds an additional check on the first of each month, forfeited all of my federal and state tax refunds, suffered a banking audit approximately once every 24 months while stacking up interest and penalty fees consistently falling deeper into debt with them. Them: Whoever they are.

I researched the rules myself and found my new annual percentage debt. I’ll verify it with my CPA (tax preparer), file an updated version of my taxes liability to the federal government and we’re on our way—not so fast! I ran into several variables along the way: dependents, survivor benefits, how to divide annuities and the difference between a ‘beneficiary’ and an ‘executor.’ The more I researched these options the more I realized any taxes that are between 18 and 37% in the US no longer apply to me because retirees pay a substantially lower annual income tax. In most situations, unless you have kids living with you, your new number is 12% and can be as low as 7%. Let’s simplify things—I’ll use five thousand as a reference point for both examples:

A working tax payer with a gross income of 5k/week with zero write-off’s must forfeit 35% of their earnings to the federal government totaling $1,750/week. A retired tax payer who makes the same wage and pays a 12% annual income tax will forfeit $600/week to the federal government—that’s a substantial difference. Again, five thousand is just a reference number. 5k times four (1 month) is 20 thousand. Multiply 20 by 35 percent and that’s the monthly income you’re required to forfeit: 7k/month (or) $1,750/week. The math works identical for the retired tax payer, just switch 35% for 12%. Well, I had no knowledge of any of these things so I leaned on the only people I have left—my peers.

I spoke with four retired Union Brothers of mine, each of whom are Brothers I’ve always looked up to and, when there’s something I’m confused about or when I need advice, these are the guys I lean on. When I individually asked each of them what tax bracket they’re in, now that they’re retired, so I know how to keep myself out of financial trouble with the Federal government, they all told me the same thing: “I don’t know.” All four of them! I asked “how did you know what box to check on form W-4V then if you don’t know?” All four of them: “form what?” One retired brother of mine who’s 70 years old further explained, with passion, “they just take out whatever it is they take out every month and at the beginning of the year they give me a refund, I don’t pay attention to the percentages.” Yeah... he said that! By the way, ‘tax’ and ‘refund, break, benefit’ etc. look hideous as a couple.

Now I’ll get back to the title of this article and explain why I called it that in the first place—believe. “I don’t believe in Bitcoin” is something else I’ve heard from those four people regarding #crypto. But it isn’t just them. It’s safe to say that everyone I know has more faith in this symbol:

FE8450CD-4546-49F4-85D7-983312100048.jpeg
USD

Than they do in even this one and I can prove it:

F1FCABD3-5FD2-4530-A73A-EA58FBCE6FCD.jpeg
Cross

The cross stays behind. It hangs around the mirror of the car, in a jewelry box, on the shelf, somewhere other than on your person regardless of your location—not money. Your money is always on your person, it’s always being revered, touched, folded nicely, admired, protected, regardless of your location. You reference your #life’s worth based on the number of visible characters on the screen of your mobile banking app. Well, of course you don’t believe in Bitcoin! Let’s fix that.

You believe what you’re told and, quite frankly, there isn’t enough people telling you the paper in your wallet is the same consistency as the paper you wipe with in the morning. It’s the same consistency as an envelope and the stamp you put on the envelope. It’s the same as a checkbook deposit slip, go figure, 🤔 the checks inside it and the bag your fast food was delivered in, it’s all the same thing—a finely processed tree. Each piece has a printer that’s specifically designed to manipulate your way of thinking. You trust them more than you trust your own self, more than your spouse, your parents, you trust them more than anybody else in this world and I can prove that too.

You willingly forfeit your hard earned money to a central banking authority, willingly. Still. Nobody forced you, you’ve even made friends with the banking tellers at the counter. The People before us handed over their paper money at the end of the day to a central bank. After that it was a paycheck; hard working humans endorsed their paychecks to the same faceless entity. That evolved to an ATM deposit and going inside the Branch was a thing of the past. Nowadays we don’t even have to start the car to go to the ATM, just endorse a check, snap a few pictures, click deposit and you’ve handed over your worth to a central banking authority without stepping foot inside their establishment. Direct deposit is even worse!

Of course you don’t believe in Bitcoin! Until you’ve erased the idea of a central bank, you can’t erase the idea of FDIC insured. They invented the product and continue to produce it, it makes perfect sense for them to create an insurance portrayed to protect it. It’s their system, their paper, their printers and their idea, of course it’s insured by them with their insurance. But until you believe in yourself, that you can transact, transfer, exchange or store value and survive on your own, without federal insurance, you’ll never believe in Bitcoin. By ignoring Bitcoin, you’re missing out on over two thousand altcoins that all have value and mathematical computing power capable of enabling trustless systems—it’s happening while you read this. You just have to know what’s real and what’s fake, be able to read between the lines and be willing to explain what you know. I trust transacting with you, here on #steemit, over the central banking authority on every street corner in America but we all have to be on the same page corner.

I spent some time with one of those brothers the other day and he repeated something I’ve heard countless times: “I don’t work for the machine, the machine works for me.” He was referring to the IRS / feds, whoever those guys / ladies are that report to work every morning in Ogden Utah. I didn’t say anything—I’m tired of saying it. That same guy can’t catch a fish or even grow an onion on his front porch legally without trading some of that 150 year old processed tree in his pocket but he’s not working for the machine—nope! Not him.

The arguments against bitcoin have been raging since its birth.
No matter which way this all plays out, this is the first time in my life I have had a chance to get in on something that may make a real difference in my financial picture.
Before crypto, it was buying lottery tickets, which was only invented as another form of taxation.
With the manipulation of the crypto market in full stride, futures and all, and with many retail investors no longer participating, it is almost time for the big boys, who have created this bear market to switch sides.

Did ya’all catch that?

With the manipulation of the crypto market in full stride, futures and all, and with many retail investors no longer participating, it is almost time for the big boys who created this bear market to switch sides.

And that, sir, is another reason why I follow you. Well said, Sweed!

You’re a cool follower to have @thebigsweed, thanks a lot for stopping by. My sentiments exactly as far as a real opportunity at something big. Mine too! My next post has your name on it. Literally. 😉

Thanks for another extremely nice compliment @dandays
Have not been spending too much time posting the last couple of days.
Spent 12/16 thru 12/18 with my son @ryan313 and his kids at the farm.
He has been in this crypto market almost since the birth of btc. His knowledge and hard work is the only reason I got started and am still in the game.
We spent countless hours going over some additional coins to purchase.
Most of the time was spent setting up wallets for some POS and DEX coins we were purchasing.
He pointed out that December 17 , 2017 was the date when the crypto marked started its downward spiral.
With all the studying he does he felt that the upswing was right around the corner.
My comment was, those SOB would like nothing better than to stick it in our faces a little more, and start to buy, buy, buy on the 1 year anniversary of BTC reversal.

You never know in crypto, but the bottom may have passed and for those of us left things may be looking up.
3:54 AM here in NY.
Got up for what I thought would just be a moment.
Figured I would check the market, that was a mistake because I'm all pumped up now'
Well, guess I'll just stay up.
I don't know if you guys do anything with staking wallets, but BCO a DEX coin is something you may want to look into.
Purchased for .47, and will continue to purchase when ryan says its time to pull the trigger again as we continue to ladder in.
Looked at a couple of posts today and ran into 1 by #broncnutz.
He was just celebrating his 1 year anniversary holding BCO and did a quick presentation on it.

BCO doesn’t sound too bad really, especially in a world where digital exchanges are still being mild. I’m a numbers guy and at roughly .70 cents each with a total circulation of only 27 million, the potential is there. Good call on that one. If you’re into numbers also, check out this one, aeon, it’s running at about half the price of BCO and there’s 12 million less in circulation.

I’ve just been continuously adding to my storage coins. When I started this barely three years ago I began developing opinions across the board. From there I chose a few I stuck with, they’re mostly the big ones and over time I began collecting one or two others.

Currently I’m real heavy on EOS, XMR, NEO, which consequently netted me a healthy supply of GAS, ONT and MCT. Also, LTC and BCH, BCH consequently netted us a healthy supply of BSV. Those ones, along with a few Bitcoins are piled up on the Nano.

Of course Steem. I’m hoping my patience pays off. Oh, we netted a four digit balance of BTCP when Z-Classic split too. We’re diverse, in my opinion, just spread across the big ones. The market this morning, though, man! I hope I don’t end up kicking myself in the butt because I said I’m done trading until after the new year.

But I’ve dabbled here and there, I even attempted the day trading thing for about 6 months. <— F that!

Seem to have the bases covered. Will be looking into aeon.
The day trading routine pins you to the computer all day F that here also.

It's a little early to know if we are out the bear market. Another week of data could help. We just reached a resistance point at 4100 USD for BTCand it went down a little, so we all want to be safe on the speculative side.

You never know in crypto, but the bottom may have passed and for those of us left things may be looking up.
it's all about the science of reading patterns and analyzing it, there's no magic here :)

No magic wand for sure, data, data, and more data.
This is were it is great having my son r@ryan313 in my corner.
Charting is his gig and I follow his lead.

It's looking good for us right now :D

I have faith it will all work out.

The only thing I’m having a tough time with is should I jump now or wait until after the new year? Take small steps in January, wait until the Chinese New Year and then go big??

Decisions... Decisions... Got a good strategy you’d like to share?

Thanks for stopping by @doomsdaychassis. Eh, when I see your race car (which is still rac ecar when spelled backward, btw) articles and especially see you converse with people on there, you and my buddy Larry speak the same language, it’s a trip!

Personally, I am waiting till after new years probably. I think bitcoin is going to go down further. How far I don't know but something in my brain keeps seeing $1200. I am an idiot though so don't take that number to heart by any means. lol

Thanks for liking the racecar stuff. It is what I wanted to do on steemit but people seem to like my smart ass bullshit more so I kinda mix it up. lol

I guess it's kinda the same in a way... money and crypto. If I get paid by direct deposit, or transfer money to a friend or family, it's all just numbers on a screen. The same as crypto.

The only difference that stands out is the stability of money and the centralised/decentralized thing.

The fact that you can have thin slices of tree to represent your $, £, € what ever, is much like the paper wallets you can print for crypto.

But the biggest difference I can see is that not EVERYONE is/are doing all they can to get your crypto from you, unlike your money... they all want it every.single.one of the money grabbing S.O.B's... especially the people that think they own the country you happen to live in. I mean, fuck me... take a look at their pay packets... outrageous!!!

Well that's my 2 cents... spend it how you will 😁

Get post @dandays thanks for taking the time to write it!

My pleasure, I’m glad you liked it, thanks for taking the time to respond. The way you referenced a paper wallet, you’re exactly right. Regardless what ‘it’ is, insurance, value, oxygen it’s all about what we choose to believe.

People still tell me oxygen is free, have you heard anyone still claiming that one? 🤔 uhm.. explain cloud space then.

And you nailed it as far as trying to take it from us. I stopped counting how many hands are in pocket. I either stopped, forgot, can’t count that high or something.

Thanks for stopping by @sivehead, great to see you per yuze! Best 2 cents I made all day.

People still tell me oxygen is free,

Really... and there's me paying £1 every time I need to pump my tires up 🤔

Things are definitely screwed up somewhere!

And you nailed it as far as trying to take it from us. I stopped counting how many hands are in pocket.

Ah see, now that's why I live my life mostly skint... the less I've got the less they can take... (yeah, that's why!) Lmao!

Hey there @dandays :) Well said! I never really thought about it that way, but all our online banking is essentially invisible money just like bitcoin! Geez, you're no dummy hey?! I've got faith that this will all come to fruition when the time is right; like most big change, some embrace it, some ignore it until they have no choice but to adopt it, and those who you need to drag kicking and screaming into the Brave new World :)

Thanks for a great post; c-squaring this bad boy :)

You know I love it when you stop by, right? Ok, just checkin! “Pick a symbol.” I’m so glad that came across right, thank you!

Thank you so much for the mention, I just saw they stopped by, that never ever ever ever ever ever gets old!

Thanks for stopping by @lynncoyle1.

Whenever I'm in need of a smile or a pat on the back, I know to come here! It's always my pleasure checking you out. Ok, that sounded weird. But you know what I mean :)

What happens in Steemit stays in Steemit! Haha!!! See, it’s one liners like that where I make myself laugh and by the time I’m done laughing I think “what if you’re the only one who thinks that was funny?!” Then I start analyzing and reanalyizng it until I realize... It’s just one sentence!! 7 words, get a grip. Ok, now laugh again.

Cruise by when you’re free, I don’t think you heard me (yeah, heard) me describe your voice.

No need to over-think it big guy; you're funny. Period. :)

And now I hear you all the time when I read your comments!!

Uncle Sam will figure out a way to get his cut. He's got nothing better to do than taking as much of our money as he can, and then spend it figuring out how to tax us some more.
He's got the working man by the balls and he wants all he can squeeze out. Try to hide...he'll find you...it's like cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Like you said, they figured out how to charge for air (and water) and I just read that they are seriously trying to tax texting.
Influencing Bitcoin will be high priority for not only our country but many others . Crooks want their cut and sooner or later they'll find a way to get it...at our expense.

I believe in Bitcoin but I don't believe it's bullet proof.

I no longer work for the machine...it done chewed me up and spit me out, but not before it imbedded itself in all my affairs. It's a big, evil machine they got right there.

I've seen where the pavement ends and the dirt road begins. I hope I have enough gas to get where I'm going, but for me : it's not far enough for me to worry (I have a bottomless tank), but rest assured that wherever I am, good old Uncle Sam will still be reaching out for my dough.

Gotta build that wall and stuff...maybe it's not so much that they don't want others to come in...maybe they don't want to let us out...hasn't that been done before?

Luckily They cant tax prayer.

First, thanks for the lengthy response. Second, thanks for the lengthy response.. it sure is nice to see you popping in on #steemit again. 👍🏿

But I’m really confused! 🤔

I no longer work for the machine...

Brother, you’re one of those brothers that told me “I don’t know.” I don’t know is the very core of the machine.

Thanks for stopping by @carklevicci. I love you, brother.

You’re my 4th vote, I’m a big fan of what you’re doing!

The machines work for me too, on the blockchain :)
You got me for a second with your title nice one

Whaaatt?! A double Ed Privat sighting, man, this is exciting! I’m glad you liked it.. go #bitcoin! Go #bch, go #bsv what in the heck do I care?! Bro, that BSV split was our most favorable yet. 👍🏿 I’ll catch up with you on your other reply.

Thanks for stopping by @edprivat.

Sorry man , i was a little less active lately, trying to make some dough!!!
Yeah Bitcoin cash was profitable, check Ethereum Classic too, and of course I am on that BSV :)

Eh, BSV was sucha’fa King good one! “Like woah.”

I’m sure everyone noticed your absence, I did. But along with everyone else, I assumed you were getting your hustle on. It’s all good. It’s a pleasure hearing from you even if it’s intermittent.

I know you think about me dude and wish me the best and I know you know I feel the same about you. It’s all good if you’re ghosting from time to time shooooooot.

edit Merry Christmas you guys!

I’m sure everyone noticed your absence, I did.

OOOhh thanks buddy!! Yep you totally got it, I put my hustle cap on, so it keeps me busy all day, i even wake up earlier and earlier everyday, my goal is 430am on the dot :) I can't wait for steem to go back up a little so we can really make shit happen!!!

Merry Christmas to you guys :) have a great one...

Speaking of 4:30, it’s 4:35 in Los Angeles and I’ve been up about 10 minutes. Ed, I can’t sleep passsed 4:30, it’s a trip! Ever since I retired man, I wake up early, it’s gnarly.

For 22 years I would take one OTC PM pill, wake up at 5 or whatever time just angry at the world and want to fight any and all alarm clocks. Gym.. work.. home.. repeat.

I haven’t needed a PM pill for two years now, all I have to do is close my eyes and I’m out! It used to be I close
My eyes and that’s when my mind would race. Now I close My eyes and my mind relaxes. I’ve discovered that if you don’t have to punch a clock, it’s nice to wake up at 4:30, it’s when I’m by myself, Pura Vida isn’t leaning on me, nobody is on my phone needing me. It’s just me.

It gives me an opportunity to message you right now and say:

Happy Birthday, Jesus!!

Merry Christmas, Ed!

without any outside disturbances

OH yeah Happy Bday Jesus!!!
And Merry Christmas to you my friend!!

430 is just the right time to start doing things, especially if I want to gym, take the dogs out, and have it all out of the way for the rest of the day!

You said in one of your previous posts we are a lot alike. I’m sure you know what I mean when I say “I thought that ever since you did Spanish Joint.”

Howdy sir dandays! Wonderful post sir. Only took half a day to read. Then another half to read the excellent comments. Now my brain is fried!

There’s a lot of information on that one huh janton?

Was all of that information something you already knew or is that info something you’ll file away for a later date? I was surprised to learn my retired friends didn’t know any of the things I spoke of in this article.

“Mmoo0O0oooo....”

That W4-V form I mentioned, the hassle it is to get ahold of that was eerie! It’s an IRS document but you can’t get it at the IRS. It needs to be turned into SSA but they don’t have the document. Only the IRS website will allow you to print it, you can’t walk into an office and get one. And then you can’t mail it back to the IRS either, you have to make an appointment and physically hand it to SSA and they forward it to the IRS for you. Crazy right?!

But, by putting up so many obstacles for everyone who’s retired today (like the brothers I mentioned), the form is difficult to attain, so they just lean on the feds to handle their own personal deductions and their own personal refunds. That’s even crazier than a hidden form!

Thanks for stopping by @janton.

Howdy this fine Saturday sir dandays! Oh heavens no I didn't know alot of that information in your post. Well, I knew about the history of the IRS and all that but had forgotten some of the details but no one knows about the W4-V form. That form reduces the amount of taxes owed when you are retired, is that close to what it does? That part wasn't crystal clear to me. I'm retired according to the IRS because I'm taking early social security just to have a little bit coming in but I'm still looking for a way to make money and may be forced to get a real job like Mrs. J did.

As far as your brothers not knowing about that form, how would they have known about it? How did you find out about it and why? Because you don't trust the IRS or did something make you suspicious?

...how would they have known about it?

Man, that’s the whole point I was trying to make in the article, did you notice @carklevicci very first sentence was “Uncle Sam will figure out a way to get his cut,” did you catch that? All anyone knows is ‘their cut.’ But nobody ever asked how much... 🤔

I guess I’ve just always been looking for ways to comply yet receive my maximum allowance. I think everyone should know why they’re paying, who they’re paying, exactly how much and exactly how often. Doesn’t that just seem logical? We all do it with the finances in our mailbox but when it comes to the IRS everyone is like “the IRS handles that for me.”

W4-V is similar to a W2 except there’s no “Line a-g,” instead there’s four boxes. But you have to know which one to check. Oh, and get this, the V stands for “Voluntary.” And if you don’t do all of the work yourself, like find your bracket, locate forms, file them etc... you’re going to be right where they want you. “I don’t know.”

Howdy back sir dandays! yes sir I understand the main point of your ebook. That's why it's such an eye-opener. We are all conditioned to believe the Feds get theirs no matter what and we can't go up against the IRS.
That's why I was so curious about why you were different enough to reseach this when the other men you talked to never even thought of it. You would make a great consultant or accountant specializing in this niche.

I still don't know exactly what the W4-V form does, if I google it will I have to read a bunch of legal or accountant speak? lol.

Without W4-V, you’ll pay an “average” annual tax and on April 15th, you’ll file... depending whether or not you’re under, you’ll either owe money or you’ll be refunded money. Basic stuff, right? That’s what everyone does without that form, they allow the Feds to take that average at will and disperse it back to you on their terms.

W4-V literally has 4 boxes, that’s it, just check one. 7%, 10%, 12% or 22%.

Example: Pay an average of 14% taxes all year, round each refund down and over time your refunds will be in the negative even though they give you a refund. Now imagine you only should have been paying 7% but you didn’t know where to get the form with the right box to check... Over time you’re losing thousands at 14% so that means at 7% you’re losing double and still won’t notice.

A simple calculation tells me that I paid slightly over 11% of the top of my income last year in Federal Income Tax so I "I now I know".
A good chunk of my income comes from Social Security...the machine itself.
How do you suggest I inform them that they cant take what they take.
On top of that they tax my groceries and gasoline...I don't like it but I'm not ready to stop eating and driving. California hits me up to but I want to live here.
We are all part of the mess we're in...its called America. When we got our Social Security card and drivers license we enrolled in the club. We can quit but there's a lot of ramifications.
Like I said...you can hide but rich old Uncle Sam will use all methods at his disposal in order to get his cut.
You can go to all ends of the earth, but as long as you have a paycheck iissued in USD, he'll find you.
Until you completely disconnect , they'll find you. I'm not ready to go that far.
Like it or not, the world economy is controlled by an elite group who possess the majority of the wealth. Sooner than later they will get their claws into Bitcoin and any other currency that comes along.
You can't buy Bitcoin without some other kind of currency (which has already been taxed). Bitcoin is generally valued as how much it is worth in USD. Maybe some day it will be the other way around, but for now it is merely an alternative investment against the dollar.

I admire your for desire to liberate yourself ...as for me I could never say I'm free from the system. " It imbedded itself in all my affairs."
If you think i'm denying that I'm a part of the mess, then you're misunderstanding me.
I guess I've grown content and my desires are far less than than what they were as a younger man.
I only wish i could find some of those cardboard containers of rainbow sherbet that my grandma used to share with me...back was when I was really free.

those cardboard containers of rainbow sherbet...

My man! Amen.

I wouldn’t mind being back at a time where racing twigs against my cousins in the gutter, after someone washes their car, was all that mattered.
