RE: Countries Vulnerable to Economic Devastation Soon

in #money6 years ago (edited)

Armstrong has explained again some facets of the fundamentals for a strong-dollar short vortex:

Clinging to Old Theories of Inflation

On the economic front, not only can’t the USA produce tritium (c.f. also) any more to maintain our ICBMs, but the egalitarian, SJW socialism/societalcide is destroying its own tech sector with laws such as the EU’s GDPR and new insane copyright legislation (which the leftists in the USA are preparing to enact as well), and even now Intel has fallen behind the Asians in process technology ostensibly due to this egalitarian, SJW socialism/societalcide:

But there’s something more profound that appears to be happening and it appears to be a decadence that is pervasive in the West. Intel appears to be loosing the lead in process technology (c.f. also). And one of the symptoms (if not cause) of that, is the SJW’s “bitches in tech” paradigmatic destruction of tech companies. Ousted former Intel President Renée J. James and CEO Brian Krzanich both doing that unconstitutional egalitarian Harvard-esque no-meritocracy allowed here insanity. Renée has no engineering experience nor engineering education.

Whereas, the CEO and President of AMD although a female, has an extensive electrical engineering background and she is Taiwanese likely facilitating the connections (economies-of-scale to displace Intel in capex) in Asia which is rising to defeat the West by 2032.

The writing is on the wall. AMD (and Asia) will increase the lead in process technology over Intel in 2019 and 2020. So the gap in clock speeds is going to close while the core counts will remain in the lead. AMD will begin to take the server market from Intel next year with the 7nm process technology.

You’re not accounting for the accelerating self-imposed decadence of the US military especially when the leftists retake the Congress in a few months and then retake the Presidency in 2020. The USA can’t even create tritium anymore to maintain the ICBMs. And the more females we put in the military and in technical fields, the more it will decline. Don’t worry, China will not have to catch up because we in the USA will regress to a third world country within a decade or two. We can see Obama jawboning for the coming slide of the USA into radical leftism.

Also realize it will not be China alone versus the USA. It will China and Russia. Russia has taken different strategies for countering the USA strengths. For example, they designed their fighter jets not to be stealthy but to be able to destroy stealth planes of ours. China recently mildly dipped their toe in the ongoing proxy war (Syria, Turkey, Iran, etc) in the Middle East against the USA. The U.S. military has no chance in hell of waging conventional ground-based warfare against both Russia and China, which has dire implications in terms of the world potentially being dragged into a nuclear conflict and holocaust by the bastards who are managing this (c.f. also Powers-that-be are moving us towards World War 3).

The Chinese and Russians can be resourceful and clever employing asymmetrical warfare such as:

“You gotta love the Chinese when they wanted to get rid of the Po Pot they filled the main sewer line with concrete . No Shitty, no City.”

Patrick Khaw commented on Quora:

It would be a big mistake for China to try to outspend the US in defence. Beijing’s current focus on developing infrastructure and improving the lives of its citizens is a much better way forward.

China will be growing GDP still at 3+% while the USA (and West) will collapse with shrinking GDP for decades after the strong dollar-short vortex peaks in a couple more years. Which will also be right about the time the leftists will take control of the USA by having millions of illegals vote:

Countries Vulnerable to Economic Devastation Soon

Actually after reading China economics expert Michael Pettis, I think you will conclude China’s true GDP is lower than officially reported, not vice versa. However, I do agree with you that China will surpass the USA over the next decade or two, mostly not because of what China does well, but because the USA is self-destructing politically and thus economically.

Even we can see for example in the following video the Philippines turning their foreign policy towards favoring China over the West and the Philippines being critical of inept leadership in Western democracies (and with $billions of development loans offered by China being signed recently to develop the infrastructure of the Philippines):

Even unremarkable Filipinas know that the USA is sinking:
