And the goal of totalitarianism (if that is his goal) is where I differ from James A. Could it be because she got pregnant thus her emotional/motherly hormones were raging? She was trying to be a mother to a company as if it was her child. And it is a fact that women in the workplace do fuck the boss for favors, as presumably Marissa did:

Egalitarianism is Societalcide Theft

But in no way do I support any form of group action that intends to “restitute” what they perceive as wrong by stealing from one group and giving to another group. Thou shall not steal. Societies that are filled with venomous envy end up as third world clusterfucks (e.g. in the Philippines where nearly everyone cheats to skip in front of the line as matter of the endemic culture of tribalism). Enforcement of egalitarianism can never be respectful of everyone, because it demands unearned privileged which is inherently a form of skipping in front of the line. Only competition and hard work mean anything in the reality of the outcome. Those societies which turn to theft and redistribution of wealth (a form of theft) end up in megadeath, totalitarianism, and third world poverty. Dictating egalitarianism (in the workplace or else where) is a theft system. Go compete with your own self-employed work if you don’t like the opportunities you’re offered to work for someone else. Depending on the government to be the judge of the correct allocation of resources, will obviously always end up as a massive theft system where of course the elite who are putting that propaganda in your heads will be the ones taking most of the pie and throwing you some crumbs and later a boot on your throat because as explained in Foolish Pride of Useful Idiot Socialist/Progressive Ideologues, they’re just using you Leftists to help the elite steal from the productive:
