The Warriors lost a heart breaker to JOB Squad in Week 12. After battling all week and keeping it close, the Warriors came up short and lost by only 7 points. A couple of injuries might've been the key factor in the loss, but the Warriors will look to shake it off and continue their rebuild as they face Benny the Jet Rodriguez in Week 13.

Batting
Odubel Herrera (OF, Philadelphia Phillies) dominated in Week 12. He went on a 5-game home run streak and totaled 40 points on the week. The Warriors first round draft pick, Giancarlo Stanton (OF, New York Yankees) finally came together and put up some solid numbers. He ended with 30 total points after a 15 point day on Sunday. Other than those two great performances, the rest of the batting lineup had a mediocre week.
Pitching
The Warriors pitching staff was a major problem in Week 12. They finished the week with a total of only 58 points. Cole Hamels (SP, Texas Rangers) and Rick Porcello (SP, Boston Red Sox) combined for 55 of those. Hunter Strickland (RP, San Francisco Giants) decided to punch a wall and break his hand after blowing a save and giving up -15 points early in the week. Shane Greene (RP, Detroit Tigers) put up a goose egg. Caleb Smith (SP, Miami Marlins) was a real dagger this week, getting removed from the game with an injury on Sunday after pitching only 1.1 innings and having a lead. He would have had an opportunity to give the Warriors a W.
JOB Squad's Box Score
JOB Squad didn't have the greatest performance in Week 12, but it was enough to beat the struggling Warriors. The bats were carried by Jose Altuve (2B, Houston Astros) who put up 33 on the week. Gerritt Cole (SP, Houston Astros) carried the pitching staff with a solid 34 points on the week through 2 starts.
