Win 6SP Plus delegation of 150SP for a month: Promoting Meditation and Mindfulness on Steemit
Hello Kind Mindful Steemians!
I have decided to give away up to 6SP and delegate up to 150SP to #mindful #Steemians who are creating quality content on #meditation and mindfulness. Meditation and mindfulness can be a significant tool for physical and mental wellbeing. I feel that mindful steemians who are sharing their knowledge, experience and wisdom need to be promoted. @betwithbreath would like to play a role (no matter how small) in promoting meditation and mindfulness to the Steemit community. And thus decided to give away 6SP and delegate up to 150SP.
Rules:
- Drop link to your post below by 5th May 2019.
- The post should have been posted on steemit on or after 18th April 2019.
- The post should be about meditation and mindfulness – but if in doubt just drop the link below anyway.
- This is NOT a MUST but for the benefits of minnows and newcomers and to reach out to as many meditators and meditation enthusiasts as possible consider reesteeming this post.
- @bewithbreath will make final decision on quality, appropriateness and winners by 12th May 2019 (but may be earlier)
- Up to 3 winners will be chosen. Each will receive 2SP in their account. Plus Each winner will get delegation of 50SP for a month. But if there are not enough entry and only one winner then s/he will get 6SP plus delegation of 150SP for a month.

Thank you for kind words & support. Hopefully, this will promote mindful steemians and their mindful contents. As you know and experienced, meditation can improve our physical and mental wellbeing and mental prowess - hopefully we can reach to many interested people here to learn, share and support each other. I found group meditation is quite powerful so we maintained at least weekly one hour group meditation here 😊

So wonderful that you have the group meditations. Being that I live in a more isolated area where there isn't many people interest in meditation I'm doubly pleased that I'm finding the support here on Steem and in "Mindful Life"!
