Meditation; A Short Post On Mindfulness and Its Relativity To Humans

Hello Everyone!! Greetings In all of the timezones and Happy Sunday!.

Despite the fact that words aren't quite enough to describe the urgency and need for a good and quality meditation, I must tell you that meditations are, in fact, the most effective form of being real, I mean it's just practically Natural.

Inspired by a wonderful Mindfulness community, I thought to write a mini-post on Mindfulness and its effect one's life and surroundings.

Mindfulness; The Key To Unlocking One's Mind, Body And Soul

As I earlier said, Mindfulness is just simply being in your most natural state; the point where you can communicate with the fundamental necessities of life.

Mindfulness. Its a rather straightforward word, it is the psychological practice of fully attending to what is happening in the present as opposed to what happened in the past.

In Mindfulness, your mind is aware of the surroundings, in such a way that communication becomes inevitable. In most dictionary definitions, you will find that Mindfulness is a form of meditation geared towards residing in the present and being conscious of it.

Every feeling attached to your body, every thought associated with your mind and every other bodily sensation, is felt in the place of mindfulness.

If you've ever felt that the quality of life you lead is not all you expected then I think you should definitely try Mindfulness meditation at this time and what a perfect timing and a good opportunity for you to practice mindfulness with a group of other practitioners this coming week, precisely the 1st Of May 2019, the details are in the link at the end of this post.

Mindfulness helps to alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties, reduce the rate of heart diseases, treat certain heart issues, reduce chronic pain and also lower blood pressure.

The benefits surrounding mindfulness is such that, when you look back after a while of intense mindfulness practice, you will see a different person entirely and its almost never boring when other practitioners are involved though.

Aside from all the wonderful benefits that I have stated, One Important thing mindfulness helps to improve is Our sleeping pattern, and also our mental health, It gives us an edge over our feelings and emotions, helps us communicate with all of nature, and in the long run, mindfulness helps structure our anger and gives us the Power of self-control.

Finally, if you wanna lead a healthy, wise and intelligent life, then you must take the next door into Mindfulness, harness the power and then use it for the good of yourself and everyone around you.
