Thanks I'm always up for seeing what other people have to say about their techniques. I myself have found what works well for me and I keep it simple but I'll check out what you have .
Awesome. :) You'll find I've taken quite a while to make it understandable and easy to implement.
It's actually not labor intensive, it's inexpensive and the results crush anything I've seen in 8 years and two medical states. ;) I know you'll get something valuable out of it, either way. :D
