Overview

North West’s Finest LLC of Oregon (NWF) is allocating 25% equity to investors in exchange for $1,000,000 to be used for establishing a legal recreational marijuana grow business in Oregon.  Investors can expect to see an approximate 25% return on their investment annually with anticipated increases as we build more facilities with demand.

NWF is starting with a Tier 1 Indoor Producer License that would give us the ability to produce up to 5000 sq ft of mature marijuana plants. The next level is Tier 2, which would give us 10,000 Sq Ft of mature canopy space.The current facility that we have planned is 3450 sq ft, with 1944 sq feet of mature flowering canopy space.

Investors will become North West’s Finest LLC members with percentage of ownership reflected in the Articles of Organization filed with the Oregon Secretary of State and an updated Operating Agreement with the terms specified in our Investor Agreement.

Founding Members

NWF currently has three partners Bill Quinn, Douglas Ross and Adam Holms. Douglas, Adam and Bill have known each other for 25 years. Each bring years of experience to the team.

Bill Quinn

Bill has worked most of his career in entertainment production. He got his start in lighting and designed lighting systems for live events.  For over 20 years now he has worked as a video engineer for Screenworks, which contracts with large events such as concerts, sports events, and TV productions. Currently, he is working with WWE for television production but has traveled with some of the largest bands like Rush, Blue Man Group, Ozzy Osbourne, etc. As some of his many rolls at Screenworks he has overseen the manufacturing line for custom video systems.  Bill also has worked with Adam Holms to help make his larger grow operations more efficient and user friendly. On our project Bill has been designing the production facility working closely with Hybrid Tech. He is facilitating the contractor and custom fabrication of certain design aspects of the facility.

Douglas Ross

Doug is the business manager for the project. Douglas has experience with managing small business startups, web development and internet marketing. Before starting his own business in 2008, Douglas spent the prior 15 years writing service and managing multiple automotive shops in Santa Barbara, CA.

Adam Holms

Adam has a business degree from Antioch University and has started and managed multiple businesses over the years. Adam has a strong passion for growing marijuana and has been growing legally in the medical market since 2006. Adam has grown both outdoor and indoor and has developed a growing technique that brings a full body product connoisseurs love. Adam understands the industry and has been dealing with our primary client which are dispensaries, and knows how to produce the final product they desire.

We have secured a 5 year land lease with GrowUnits.com owned by Troutner Farms LLC and have approval from the county to start.

License

We have started our application process with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission and are ready to move forward once we have secured the required financial capital.

Facility Design

NWF contracted with HybridTech.us, a portland engineering firm with years of experience designing marijuana manufacturing facilities to build a super high tech climate controlled facility ready for maximum capacity space to yield ratio. We are confident that we will have one of the best facilities in Oregon for its size.

Estimated Annual Yield

Yield is based upon production output per light. Estimated production is one pound product per light. There are 30 lights, so each batch will produce 30 pounds. There are 26 harvests or batches per year equaling a yearly production of 780 pounds with a conservative market value at $2000/pound.

Estimated Annual Salaries

$300,000.00
Based upon 3 FT positions of management paid at $35/hour, 2 FT trimmers @$20/hour, and 1 PT Helper @$20/hour. This includes an added 20% to cover tax share, social security, and unemployment insurance.

Operational Costs Annual

Reinvestment/Retained Earnings

North West’s Finest will retain a minimum of 10% of gross annual sales for the purposes of unforeseen expenses and expansion into a Tier II producers facility.

Income Auditing

OLCC requires tracking of all plants from start to sale. This auditing process is required by law and tracked by the Cannabis Tracking System (CTS) which has been put in place by the OLCC and is inclusive to all license holders. We will use this system to ensure a fully transparent cash flow system to all investors.

Disbursement of profits

Profits will be disbursed along with quarterly reports, on a quarterly basis, beginning 90 days after the end of the first sales month.
