If you can't keep up with your goal

I'm sure you have a goal, and I'm sure you've had a time that you can’t hold on to your goals.

I'm even sure that maybe it's because you're afraid you can’t persist to your goals and you never start.

In fact, anyone will come across a time when they can't keep up.

Because to do the same thing day after day is very difficult. The realistic conditions do not necessarily satisfy you to do the same thing every day. And doing the same thing every day is boring, not everyone can overcome it.

The most important thing is that the biological evolutionary process is so fucked up that it only makes you choose to be lazy all the time.

And laziness is the creation of the world, so, why do you have to work hard?

In fact, the people who can't keep up are giving up.

The passage to the same destination was not crowded, because the people who can retreat, gave up.

For a marathon, there is a full marathon, half marathon, 10km fun run, and also 3km family run.

First, measure your own vision.


If the goal has always been your needs, this will become the biggest motivation to persist.

If I insist on fitness, in general, fitness is my daily life, assist me to have a better state, I will not go beyond my ability for fitness.

For example, I would not run the full marathon, because I think 10 km run is enough.

However, I am very mindful about writing, so, I will set a higher goal, I will also try to complete, if not finished, I will try to compress other things or arrange a better time to write, this is the vision of the goal to bring us the incentive.

Second, reduce reliance on other than core events


When we do one thing, the core of the event is very few, and sometimes it's not the core that keeps us going.

Most people do not understand that the real core of doing one thing is only less than 20%.

If you watched "Mission Impossible", you will find that the goals for Tom Cruise is to complete the mission, take back the nuclear material, this matter only takes less than 20%, in order to complete this task, he will need to hang outside the plane, parkour, rock climbing, etc.

For example, you need a venue for fitness, but it doesn't mean you have to go to the gym to get fit, so if you're out of the gym, any venue can be a place to exercise.

Third, relax, and take it easy


You didn't insist on it, but all the others also didn't manage to insist.

You can't finish this today, do it tomorrow will be the same.

If you really can’t do it, maybe try to watch some tv series, do some exercises, and even dancing.

I usually rarely send voice messages, but recently because I keep looking at the words, I started to hate looking at the words, so when chatting with friends, I will ask my friends, to send me voice message instead of text messages. That time, thanks to my friends, I feel much better.

The balance resting method

If your work is busy, you can do some work that you can easily accept during the break.

Although most people will think that reading is too tired, choose to listen to a book, but if you work in the environment has always been listening, and even listening is the large proportion of your work, then listen to a book will actually create a burden, so there is no good in this choice.

People can always be healed with study and ascetic, and the more difficult it is to accomplish, the greater the joy you receive.

Reading is like this, if you work very hard to read a book, spent 10 days or half a month, when you reach the last page, you will get great relief.

Give up partially


One goal is too big to be able to afford it.

It is also a maturity to admit that you are not able to achieve it all.

So for a goal that is too large, refine it, and give up the unimportant, then stick to one thing will become very easy.

If you can't even persist the pain, then maybe you have not persisted on anything.
