A great leader is one who can influence others and not be influenced by others. But have you ever thought about, what if the great leader is wrong?

His mistakes will make you and a lot of people get into the same mistakes, he only needs to be responsible for the mistakes he made. Clearly, a lot of people's mistakes are influenced by him, but doesn’t need him to be responsible for others, but need those people who make mistakes responsible.
