Are you confused?

The root of the confusion comes from when you don’t want to do it, overthink and do too little.

Yesterday morning, my friend William called and wanted to come over to visit me because he has a bad mood.

When he just entered my house, I can see he frowned and looked sad. He said he had been working with the company for almost a year, and he would be able to get the insurance and housing fund. But the company’s business has not been a big improvement, the clients on hand still haven’t able to approve. I don’t have the strength to continue working, but I can’t decide to resign, after leaving, I have no idea where to go and do not know what to do.”

He wanted to start his own business, but he does not know what to do and ask me which industry he should be focused on.

I told him that if you keep thinking about what you should do, you'll be more confused and disoriented. Anybody could be expert in their profession through their efforts. I saw a piece of news before, saying that a person got rich by collecting garbage, and opened a recycling company.

Many people in every industry who earn more, who earn less and follow the Pareto principle. Earn money will always be a minority, not earning money is always the majority.

I told William: "It might be better for you to think in a different perspective. You think about what you can do, what advantages and basis you have, what are your interests and hobbies. In this way, you will greatly reduce the scope of thinking, conducive to further analysis."

Do not always look at the money, pay attention to what others do to earn more money. It doesn't mean if someone else can earn it, you can too. There may be a hundred thousand of people around you, although they are not rich, they are doing quite well in a four-line small city. There may be a gap between you and them, you know what they're doing, and why don't you do it because you know you're not qualified to get started or you can't do it yourself.

A friend of mine once told me, you always wanted to find a way to see the future, which is impossible. You need to fix your path while walking; no one can see the future at a glance.

Many fresh graduates are confused while looking for a job. In fact, this is normal, but also everyone's path, there is nothing good inferiority. They're always thinking, what kind of job should I get? Is there a future for the job I'm looking for? Can I make a lot of money in this company, even for a lifetime?

A lot of people always like to ask others for guidance, eager to have a bit of success of from the master to guide them walk the maze, directly tell them what work they should go for. However, it is regrettable that most people will not encounter such a master.

The reason why people are confused is that there are too many things in mind. Envy people who make more money, when saw a person with high income, asking all sorts of questions.

Even if you do the same job as him, can you earn money as he does? Remember, never try to pry into other people's salaries and income, and the salaries of employees in the same company are different because
such snooping is meaningless. If others earn less than you, you will secretly happy, you think you are better than him, but he will be depressed. If he earns more than you, then you will be depressed.

If you are confused, upset about what job you should find or what you should do in your business, then you can think about it in a different way, and don't get upset about what you have to do, think about what you can do now. Ask yourself this question and I think you'll have an answer.

Think about what you can do and what your hobbies are. As to whether you can make money, it's not something you should be thinking right now.

No one can predict the future, what you need to do is to combine your own conditions and abilities, interests and hobbies, find a job you can do now, or start a business that you can manage. As for the future, you can only rely on your own continuous efforts to verify the process. Unless you have an unusual vision and insight, then you will know what your future is.

Do more and think less. No matter what, as long as you do it in a thoroughgoing manner, step by step forward, you will achieve some success. When you accumulate to a certain degree and have enough core competencies, earning money is just a matter of time.

It is not bad if you have a lot of thoughts, but it is bad if you only think and take no action. Ideas can be achieved one by one, achieve one idea first then only start the others.

Talk is cheap, words are plentiful, deeds are precious. If you want to change your present predicament, the only choice is to be brave to do it, many opportunities need you to work it out, you won’t find it if you just lay in the bed.

Just work as hard as you can, leave the rest to the time because time will not disappoint a real effort.
