Visitation to an Old Mini grinding factory Aside farming / Exploring time / fun to be with an Old man working hard before earning hard currency /Life is a lesson

Good evening to all my friends on steemit and to my newbies, you are really welcome to my blog. For today I will be very happy to share my life experience with you guys, the fun part, the saddest part of it also because I really learnt from this also.

WHAT DID I LEARNT?

It was a very sunny day here in ilorin, kwara state yesterday, so when it got to the evening time I went on a stroll down the street, there I saw a little small building made up of roofing sheet with planks, also with cemented flooring pattern outside I was eager to enter and see for myself what was going on. I saw this old man, according to him he is 75years old when I had the opportunity to move closer to him I was like wow, this life is very unfair to him because he used nose guild and a cap to cover himself from dust and flame from the working grinding machine.

MY LITTLE INTERVIEW WITH THIS 75 YEARS OLD MAN.

• ME: Good evening old one..
• OLD MAN : Evening my son, how are you doing today? How is work and family, the man quickly asked me all this questions?

• ME: Baba, I am fine thank you sir. Family is there too as well, we are all doing great sir. And I now asked him this, Baba what's your Name sir? And what do you do for a living sir? Please don't be offended I'm wasting your time sir, also I'm so sorry I a asking you all this..
• OLD MAN: hahaha, smile, no I am not angry my son, we are in Nigeria and everyone has the freedom of speech and here we are, back to your questions. My name is Mr Adefolarin Jacob. He quick mentioned his age before I asked him again, he said I am 75 years old, but I was seriously scared but I believed him.

The old man said and I quote "

I clocked 75years old this year March 25th. And my children were no where to be found to celebrate with me, but my wife and I was at home to celebrate the birthday. No party but we bought fish, and roaster dry meat to celebrate my birthday but thank God I am alive to see all this happening to me"

Also, he said he has been into grinding business for more than 30 years. I was like excuse me baba, 30years of grinding business, he said Bee ni, yes. I was almost crying but because I want this old man to smile for me at least to make him happy for some minutes before I leave him. He further explained that he didn't see any job opportunity for make his living so easy but he went for a co-operate loan where he was giving #50:000 Nigerian currency to start the business at first. He bought one grinding machine which cost #40:000 also went for the, cableswto fix it which was #4:000 and workmanship fees which was #5:000.I was so sad inside me seeing this old man explaining his life to me from day 1.

• ME: Baba, welcome sir, have heard you from the top of your story downward sir . I'm so sorry sir.

• OLD MAN : My son, thank you.

• ME: so, baba when and when do you always resume work amd closes sir?

• OLD MAN: He said he resume work as early as 7:00am in the morning, and closes around 8:00pm.

• ME: Ha, sir don't you think that is too early to start grinding sir?

• OLD MAN: My son, I don't work for government, I work for myself I need money to sort of many things in life. I need to give my wife daily money for foodstuffs and do her hair and co..

• ME : Sir what are you grinding presently sir?
• OLD MAN: As you can see my son, I am grinding dried soya-beans with dried fish together for the preparation for dog meal.

As you can see friends, here is it in my hand the dried soya-beans with the dried fish. For dog meal.

This was the old man I was talking about the other time, the 75years old man grinding pepper and all sort for a living..

I also asked this old man, what was the secret behind his activeness. He said God and also eating green vegetables with fruits, pineapple, oranges, apples, watermelon and so on.

In conclusion :

What I saw this evening was awesome and I will explore us all to eat good food, fruits as well. Because this old man at 75years old shared his secret this evening which was the reason for his strong actively still looking more functional than most young men out there. Please it is good to consume fruits like pineapples, oranges, watermelon, cucumber and as well as Green vegetables with a lot of water not soft-drinks or Alcoholic beverages.
