Mind and Fire

Have you ever felt before that feeling, that chest burning feeling that makes you breathe faster and deeper? That chest burning feeling that drives you crazy, wanting to rip off your clothes, even your skin, just with the hope that you can relief your body? Something like this happens to me from time to time. I don’t really know what it is, a fuss, a huge adrenaline secretion from my fucking brain that is not letting me rest. What if it is 02:07, what if I’m tired…The brain just keeps going, lifting me up from my chair and like a hysterical just circle around in my room. And suddenly everything is silent, the brain just stops, letting you breathless after the battle, after the race with him. Did you win? Did you cross the finish line first? Nothing. Just emptiness. An emptiness that finds you naked and curled up in a corner of the room drenched in your cold sweat trying to recover from the sudden rebellion of your mind. And be sure, he will always win. What, you thought you are in control? Poor you… Live with your illusion, that illusion of rules and control. Because, as soon as he gets the control, there are no limits, there are no rules. He doesn’t give a damn. Now go live with your rules, go build your paper walls and wait for the fire. And remember, paper burns… And where can you find water?
