Mid Life Is Associated With Myriads of Challenges, Especially about Health and Finances.
On Health; These Precautions Should be Acknowledged and Adhered.
1) Stay Active, Not Sedentary!! Humans Are Created and Desingned To Be Active In Physical Activities To Maximize Their Potentials. Like Every Physical Material, inactivity brings Gradual Death!!
SO STAY ACTIVE (Work and Exercise) TO AVOID UNTIMELY DEATH!!
2) Ingest Supplements!! As Humans Ages Progressively, their Natural Ability to Access Required Nutrients From Foods; Reduces Due To Ineficient Digestive and Absorption Systems . Therefore, Supplement Them Orally . Many Are Available in Your Local Pharmacy.
3) Mind What You Eat!! Be Moderate in Alcoholic Drinks, Drink Alot of Water, Eat Moderate Meals, but Regularly; Avoid As Much As Possible Refined Sugar as Common In Fizzy Drinks , Fast Foods and Confectionery!!
4) Upgrade Your Vision For Living! Yes , " When There Is No VISSION , the people Perishes" Says the Holly Scriptures!!
This is Necessary Because Pursuing The VISSION Will Keep You Engaged Physically and Mentally which is Necessary For Longevity.
5) Free Your Mind of Evil Thoughts And Animosity! These Are Psychological and Spiritual Poisons to the Physical Body . Eschew Them as Much As Possible!
On Finances , these Should Be Noted, Especially Before The middle Age Season of Your Life Through Planning

Decide and Pursue Vigorously, a Profession that Would Ensure Adequate Financial Sustenance During and After The Mid Year Season of Your Life.
Don't Invest In High Risk Investments, but in Slow, but steady flow of Revenues!
When the Foregoing Are Adhered to ; Healthy and Peaceful Living Could Be Sustained through this Delicate Period of Life Through To Octogenarian and Beyond Ages Which Many Desires!

Especially the parts about taking care of yourself. In my 40s, I am learning that I can't just sit around all day. My body is going to melt into my chair if I'm not careful!
