What to do with Lemons

When life gives you lemons, Don't just make lemonade - Share it!
Ok so times are tough, Life hasn't dealt you the ultimate hand. in fact all you have is a pair of twos'.
Time to shake things up a bt

1. Avoid Isolation- A problem shared becomes less of a problem. Even if you don't feel like it make an effort. Open your curtains, let the sun shine in. say hello to the next person you see. even if you don't feel like smiling.
2. Nurture your Spirit- Good things make you feel good. Take a bubble bath, Go for a walk in nature, try something new. A mini makeover is great for the spirit. You are worth it, take the effort....Shine!
3. Keep a journal of gratitude- Be thankful. Look around see the good things. Focus on the positive. Little things mean a lot. Search and you will find them. Push negativity away-You don't need it.
4. Help others- You will be sur;prised at how good that feels to lend a hand. Often something that seems trivial to you will mean the world to someone else. You don't have to save the world, or even spend a lot of money. There ae calls for volunteers everywhere. Make a resolve to offer help at the next sign asking. You will be surprised at the results.
   Last but not least
5. Let others help you- Yield a little, tell people that you are struggling or that you have difficulties. Just as much as you love helping others do too. It feels good and gives life value.
   Above all know that God Loves You and never gives you anything you can't handle.
