As we drove,
my brother and I played games,
mom and dad talked.
Before we could read,
mom would read signs, to us.
One sign always made us laugh.
Scenic Vista
For us, it became the family driving joke
"Who's Nick Vista?"
"Why would we want to see him?"
On my recent trip to New Hampshire,

We have Nick Overlook.
It's not as funny lol but now I'll giggle every time I see the word "scenic"
The sky in that picture is incredible.
You know, as a photographer, when people say, "oh my! look at that beautiful clear blue sky!"
I wince...
A beautiful sky needs some texture and some clouds.
