약사 유리광 칠불 본원 공덕경

그때 모든 천상(天上) 무리들은
저 칠불 여래 부처님께서 구름 모이듯 하셨음을 보고
참으로 희유(希有)하다는 생각이 들어 바로 그들의 의심이
풀렸다. 그래서 모든 대중은 일찍이 없었던 일이라 찬탄하면서
한결같이 찬양하였다.

거룩하고 거룩하사이다! 석가여래 부처님이시여,
저희들을 이롭게 하시고 의혹을 풀어 주시기 위하시어
저 칠불 여래 부처님을 모두 이곳에 오시도록 하였사옵니다.

그리고 모든 대중은 제각기 그 능력에 따라
신기하고 오묘한 향화(香華)와 찬란한 여러 가지 영락과
모든 천상 풍악을 가지고 부처님들께 공양하고
바른 쪽으로 일곱 번 돌며 합장 공경하며 예배하고 나서
찬탄하여 말하였다

"희유하고 희유하옵니다
모든 부처님의 한없이 깊은 경계는
이루 생각할 수도 없는 불가사의한 경계시옵니다
이는 본래의 원력과 교묘하신 방편으로 말미암아
이와 같이 신기한 현상을 나투시었사옵니다"

이에 대중들은 제각기 서원을 세우기를
모든 중생이 다 한결같이
이처럼 부처님의 수승한 선정을 얻기를 원하옵니다.....라고
다짐하였다.(8-30)

At that time, all the heavenly hosts
when they saw that the Vajrayana Buddha was like a gathering of clouds.
they realized that he was indeed rare, and their doubts were immediately dispelled
resolved. So all the masses praised him, saying that this had never happened before.
and praised him without ceasing.

"Holy, holy, holy! Shakyamuni Buddha,
for our benefit and to clear our doubts.
I have caused all the seven bodhisattvas to come here.

And every member of the public, according to his or her ability.
the Buddhas, each according to his ability, with strange and exquisite incense, all kinds of glorious blessings.
and all the heavenly blessings, according to their abilities.
And after they had made seven rounds to the right, and had worshipped them in united honor.
he praised them and said

"Blessed, blessed, blessed.
The infinitely deep boundaries of all Buddhas
is an inconceivable and mysterious boundary.
This is due to their natural power and cunning.
He has manifested these strange phenomena."

The people then made vows to each other.
that all sentient beings
that all sentient beings may attain the Buddha's attainment......
