해야 농장 유기농 보라고구마가
입고되었습니다
보라고구마는 해야 농장이 유명하답니다.
크지도 않은 조그마한 크기로 구매했어요.
이건 보라고구마 파이람니다.
어제 체반에 보라고구마를 삶아서 식혀두었다가
오늘 작업했어요.
찰고구마.무설탕생크림.소금 설탕 .마스카포네 치즈를 넣어
만들었답니다.
마스카포네 치즈는 부드러워서 티라미슈를 만들때
굿굿.
내일은 보라 고구마티라미슈를 만들생각입니다.
