다음주 트런대회전 마지막 트런연습!!
월, 화, 수까지만 운동하고 목,금은 휴식!
금요일에는 출근했다 퇴근 후 바로 태백으로 내려가야 한다. 오후8시에 대회장 셔틀출발이다.
오늘 뛰어보니 확실히 뛰기 좋아졌다.
아침6시30분 출발이니 후반부 더위만 조심하면 괜찮을거 같다.
짐은 내일부터 조금씩 싸야겠다.
코로나때문에 금요일부터 쉬었더니 고적 하루 더 쉬었다고 내일 출근하기가 싫다. ㅠㅠ
