People who judge lack information
People who are known to be judgmental lack information because;
People are afraid to tell them thingsTheir viewpoint is limitedTheir assumptions are limitedThey carry inherent bias they don't even realize
Our assumptions and preconceptions close off our viewpoints, and when people are known to be judgmental they created a culture of secrecy and denial. They also surround themselves with a lot of "yes men" that flame their narrow creeds and suddenly whole groups sprout-up that are insulated from the larger reality and known facts.
This atmosphere of inhibition, secrecy, taboos, and prohibition on new knowledge and perspectives is corrosive, undemocratic, and soon creates an authoritarian culture that pays lip service to freedom but secretly craves and worships the continuity of power of the "in" group. It is a deadly masquerade.
... beware of the judge, jury, and executioners that are always at the door.

The more the person become experiences the less he tends to judge others , as he knows that there are diversity of interpretations for every single action. While those who don’t work on expanding their knowledge believe that there is no more to know that what they already know. They usually end up alone and broken. Specially if they had earlier utilized their autherity to impose their views on others.

all that we can only break if we realize that there is a secret of authoritarian power that makes people no other choice, because the power is in their hands with judges and executioners so that the immune power of the law, judges and executioners only judge the small people who are powerless. while those in their power will be afraid.

I went out on dates with a few women over the years that were terrible when it came to judging people too fast. It gets tiresome real fast. Those relationships never lasted long.
