Goodmorning everyone! We are finally coming to the conclusion of the Diorama Cross Roads. Today we include the first kit created, that is US Army Assault Infantry. three toy soldiers on one side of the road and three on the other. Let's find out together ...

Buongiorno a tutti! Stiamo finalmente arrivando alla conclusione del Cross Roads Diorama. Oggi infatti includiamo il primo kit creato, ovvero US Army Assault Infantry. tre soldatini da un lato della strada e tre dall'altro. Scopriamoli insieme...

We begin to position the first three soldiers, as you can see the soldier with the lightest jacket (deputy squad commander) coordinates his team including the machine gunner with the BAR and a rifleman on the ground with a M1 Garand and rifle grenade launcher	Iniziamo a posizionare i primi tre soldatini, come vedete il soldatino con la giacca più chiara (vice comandante di squadra) coordina il suo team comprendente il mitragliere con la BAR e un fuciliere a terra con un M1 Garand e lanciagranate da fucile

On the other side of the road, instead, we place the other team commanded by the team captain (light jacket in the middle) who commands two riflemen. One of the two riflemen is almost ready to cross the road while the team commander commands the other team on the other side of the intersection to wait for his signal. Behind the background you can see a mortar, the Germans will be placed covered by sandbags intent on defending the position	Dall'altra parte della strada posizioniamo invece l'altro team comandanto dal comandante di squadra (giacca chiara nel mezzo) che comanda due fucilieri. Uno dei due fucilieri è quasi pronto ad attraversare la strada mentre il comandante di squadra comanda all'altro team dall'altra parte dell'incrocio di attendere il suo segnale. Dietro sullo sfondo potete notare un mortaio, li andranno posizionati i tedeschi coperti dai sacchetti di sabbia intenti a difendere la posizione

Dall'altra parte della strada posizioniamo invece l'altro team comandanto dal comandante di squadra (giacca chiara nel mezzo) che comanda due fucilieri. Uno dei due fucilieri è quasi pronto ad attraversare la strada mentre il comandante di squadra comanda all'altro team dall'altra parte dell'incrocio di attendere il suo segnale. Dietro sullo sfondo potete notare un mortaio, li andranno posizionati i tedeschi coperti dai sacchetti di sabbia intenti a difendere la posizione

Here is the intersection finally almost finished after a long month of work and preparation both in my mind and in reality placing each individual grain of dust in place.	Ecco l'incrocio finalmente quasi finito dopo un mese lungo di lavori e preparazioni sia nella mia mente che nella realtà posizionando ogni singolo granello di polvere al suo posto.

Another angle, same diorama. You must know that every modeller (as I think every creator, innovator, inventor and artist in general) before starting to realize his work tries to build in his head the final result understanding the risks, the procedures, the merits, defects and possibilities of the work at the end of realization. That's why when I first explained how all the models would be arranged, surely nobody will have understood me. Now, however, as the diorama takes shape, you are probably understanding the whole work, managing to get into the work done only now while I had it in my head even before starting it. Being able to convey the passion and the thought of the work is for me the true great achievement of any artist, because you really feel that your work has a meaning. Tomorrow we will finish the diorama inserting also the German soldiers and the sandbags and, once the soldiers are dirty, conclude our long journey to discover this diorama that made me suffer a lot. Dovete sapere che ogni modellista (così come penso ogni creatore, innovatore, ideatore e artista in genere) prima di cominciare a realizzare la sua opera cerca di costruirsi nella sua testa il risultato finale capendo i rischi, le procedure, i pregi, difetti e possibilità dell'opera a fine realizzazione. Ecco perché quando all'inizio spiegavo come sarebbero stati disposti tutti i modellini, sicuramente nessuno mi avrà capito. Ora però man mano che prende forma il diorama probabilmente state capendo l'opera per intero, riuscendo ad entrare nell'opera realizzata solo ora mentre io invece l'avevo nella mia testa ancor prima di cominciarla. Riuscire a trasmettere la passione e il pensiero dell'opera è per me la vera grande conquista di un qualsiasi artista, poiché senti davvero che la tua creazione ha un senso. Domani finiremo il diorama inserendo anche i soldati tedeschi e i sacchetti di sabbia e, una volta sporcati anche i soldatini, concludere questo nostro lungo viaggio alla scoperta di questo diorama che mi ha fatto penare non poco. Dovete sapere che ogni modellista (così come penso ogni creatore, innovatore, ideatore e artista in genere) prima di cominciare a realizzare la sua opera cerca di costruirsi nella sua testa il risultato finale capendo i rischi, le procedure, i pregi, difetti e possibilità dell'opera a fine realizzazione.
