From acting as Conor Mcgregors body double to sitting cageside with Alberto Del Rio while he is commentating, I find myself in some pretty amazing situations and I cant wait to share those stories with you.!

I have always been fascinated by shamanism and enlightenment. As a lover of sacred plants I dove deep into the cannabis world and have dipped my toes into a number of psychedelic circles. I have raised 2 amazing children and id love to share with other parents the tips and tricks of raising amazing little humans. I have taught hundreds of kids in fitness and mma and have always focused on making kids feel self confident, self reliant, and hard working. But most of all HAPPY!!! Ill share stories and examples of what ive done to ensure my kids are ready for the world around them no matter what the situation!
