What a phrase... :D
But yeah, I mean it like I wrote it.
So, I will be posting experiences, insights or thoughts, about living life in an easy, more satisfying way.
(Sometimes, we just have to change our point of view a bit to see the Beauty of the world.)
This comes along with explanations about old tibetian Buddhist techniques,
traditional Hindu techniques, as well as Yoga techniques in generell.
All in all, applied in our modern time and world.
So this is the Topic here, but who am I?
First of all, we will investigate this questions "Who am I", "What am I",
further on this blog in the future, because it plays a major role in being happy or satisfied in your life. ;)
So here just a quick introduction about myself, more about me in the next weeks:
I am a 27 years old, luxemburgish, freelancing massagetherapist and licensed fitnesstrainer, living in the Eifel/Germany with my wife, our dog, two cats, a sweet little rabbit and our newborn daughter Lea. <3
I just started a Yoga Teacher Training Cours, because giving yoga courses, plus a CBD-hemp products - shop will be the next new grown branches of business besides the massages.
Interesting, transformational time indeed.
As others would say, I live a spiritual life.
In the last years I visited a lot of Masters and Gurus around Europe, India and China,
to find out how to be happy, or, as it is said, how to get enlightened.
Oh my fingers are allready burning to write it all down. :D
You will read more about these visits in the next time here!
As I took refuge to the three jewels, my tibetian Lama,
gave me the Name "Karma Sherap Tharchin", wich means "perfection of wisdom".
This wisdom and the wisdom of the old masters, all want to be shared.
Dalai Lama himself said not long ago:
"It is time that the secret teachings reach out to the world."
So here I am, to share with you.
