IN STEEMIT LOOK UP TO THE SKY AS THE LIMIT AND NEVER SETTLE FOR LESS

In this post, I just want to encourage new steemers to set high goals in this community that they have joined us. Don’t be discouraged by how small you may start and the unnoticed posts that you may make at first. Remember that those who are now the whales (top steemers) just started as small as you are but they were determined never to stop until they became established. If your post receives no vote, don’t worry, make other posts and share them again and again until you penetrate the community well.
It’s not mainly about the skill that you have but how committed you are to bring the best out of that good skill or talent. Upvote and comment on other people’s posts too and you will earn curation rewards, followers and friends at the same time. Don’t think that those already well-established do not need you to grow. THIS IS A NON-SELFISH COMMUNITY IN TERMS OF THE REWARDING SYSTEM...almost everybody wants you to grow up in your reputation so that your vote will contain much power as you will be upvoting their posts and they will earn much also from that. In this community we need each other so never feel as if you are not that important. As soon as you get on board, you become so important to the community and we enjoy and benefit from your growth than your stagnancy. I joined recently and am not yet at the level I desire to get to but am fighting my best to get there. The idea is great and the progress is cool. Enjoying blogging your work to the right audience and getting paid for it is a great deal that is hard to find online. Blog your best with a positive attitude and start growing till you become big.
