There is a first time for everything
The first time you try out something new, there is always that seed of doubt that makes you believe you are not good enough for what you are about to do. Your mind becomes your worst critic, you find a million reasons why you should not forge ahead, infact not doing it becomes very logical. This has been my dilemma for a long time, and it has been the reason why i have not started my own blog. My fear has always been not knowing what to say, coupled with the fact that i think no one will be interested in reading my words, even at the time of writing this, i still have that fear inside me
How I Found steemit
I was introduced to steemit by my brother, who has been on steemit for quite sometime now. He has been making encouraging sums by the side, and he feels i can even do better. He says it would be a way to put my writing talents to good use, as well as showcase my coding skills which has taken the back seat for quite some time now. I am someone with many skills, but some of them have become dormant because i can't find use for them.
My curiosity with cryptocurrency
Lately, I have developed interest in cryptocurrency; bitcoin especially. I am very curious to see where this new adventure leads. There is no denying the fact that cryptocurrency has the power to cause disruption and create unimaginable wealth. This curiosity has lead me into wanting to know more about cryptocurrencies and i intend to educate my readers along the way.
So, Let's embark on this journey together, there is no way of predicting where it can lead us, we can only hope that at the end if the day it leads to something beautiful
Welcome to steemit @leczy. After having spent a month here. I can only say that there is no reason to be sceptical about steemit. The logical mind can tell whatever it wants but the heart says that you are at the right place. Now that you have joined steemit and decided to write. I suggest you give your 100% and I am sure that you will be happy :)

i will advise you to find your area of strength and write/post on it. you can also go to the contest tag, and participate in some contests. one thing that i have noticed that sustains one here,is your originality. be smart, be origenal and try to get followers before you start posting.
this is because, no matter how well you can write,no one will see it if they can't see it.
