Undiscovered steem blogging talent FOUND! - What it looks like BEFORE and AFTER this happens...
New, undiscovered steemians who show great blogging talent and how it is fun to find and support them!
This is what I have discovered:
If you read a lot of blog posts, and manually curate good content, over time, you start to see a distinct difference in users on this system.
For example..
I've met and found 3 newer users on STEEM I just had to write about and share why I think they are special. It is important to catch them early and watch them evolve and blossom.

This person has just been through a damaging hurricane, but @karinxxl just took us through a beer sampling in this post she wrote where she brought the entire experience to us... that was personable, detailed, and made you feel like you were at the event with her.
Unlike the beer tasting ad (which she so graciously included in the post), she explained how all the boats were sunk all over the lagoon on the island. It's a very good read!
Lots of photos. Lots of "extra" personable details. @karinxxl is a great writer!
Her post is worth 0.73 cents as I write this, because no one knows who she is yet... I predict within 6 months to a year, you'll know exactly who she is... if she keeps it up.
Click on her name, and read her latest post. You'll see how @karinxxl has similar quality posts like @pappa-pepper and as long as she keeps putting work into her posts, she's going to do well!
LET'S INTERRUPT FOR A QUESTION:
Q: What makes you knowledgeable enough @intelliguy to know who will or who will not do well on this system?
A: Experience. LOTS of hours of reading, watching, observing, learning and predicting.
There is a fast way to get to level 74 or higher, and there is the slow, but steady way to get to level 74 or higher.
I'm on the slow, but steady way, getting there. I'm not building votes. I'm building followers who enjoy reading my writings and come back to hear what I have to say. Not just for curation rewards. :)

Similar to the last user, @jakeworkingman was also through a hurricane but he's in Florida.
Formatting his writing, and using font styles is NOT his strength. He often writes a wall of text, misses punctuation, and proper paragraph spacing. At a glance, his writings are difficult to read.
HOWEVER if you actually look at what he writes, this is a guy with his soul intact. When he comments on your blog, he is the most stand up guy I could be friends with. He's honest, hard working, doing his best, and when a hurricane damages his house like in this post he wrote you can't help but feel bad for the guy.
...but he's the type of person, that as long as his family is safe, he'll still smile the next day, and lend a hand to help a neighbor... I know for a fact he's a better trim carpenter, than a blog writer. However, he's a quality human being better than most I know because the things he says don't just sound nice. It's the real him
(I prefer this to a great blogger who works as a terrible trim carpenter. He is the opposite, a better carpenter, than he is a blogger... but he's trying... Do what you do best @jakeworkingman and we love hearing from you.)
As he improves, and continues to comment on other people's blogs. You'll find you'll end up really liking him too.
Maybe his wife can give him a helping hand to help format his posts?

She's part of the heart and soul of the steem blockchain. Her attitude, and dynamic ability to keep people happy and positive is only understood by talking to her.
Her blog posts and her karaoke submission doesn't make her the next American Idol star. She knows it, and never claimed to be that... But she's not afraid of putting herself out there...and I admire her strength and lust for life.
Many people might say "I wouldn't have the balls to do this, say that..." -- @krazykrista does!
Many people might say "I'm not going to volunteer so much time to something just because I like it and believe in it..." -- @krazykrista does!
She's someone I don't mind talking to, following, and NEVER KNOWING what else she'll post or say. You have to experience @krazykrista to understand what I'm talking about. Go see her on discord and talk to her. You'll understand.
Out of all three, I think @karinxxl has the best chance of getting noticed for her well-written blogs, but I don't want to detract that from the other two people either:

This is what more Steemians with lots of followers should do. Introduce new people with potential. Thank you for introducing them (I read about jakeworkingman before and follow him). Now I will also look at the other two you mentioned.

Once again I am moved and brought back to what is real and how much different it is to be apart of something like @steemit . It makes you realize that there is honest , good , real , intelligent , dedicated , caring , loyal ,true, understanding , and most importantly supportive .
I come home from a long hard day feed the baby , put him to sleep , and when I check @steemit and see this it makes everything I go through an put up with worth it , knowing that I have a voice it's pretty surreal , thanks @intelliguy , I will buckle down on my grammar and font sizes and posts in general , once again a honest post with advice that is helpful.

Thank you for the support I have never been apart of social media platforms , I never will be either because @steemit is a different planet then Facebook / Twitter , its a community that is there for each other , there to educate , inform , be supportive , and in my case right now advocate . @intelliguy has believed in me and been uplifting since we met , most importantly he was honest .Just like in the post haha , I'm working on my grammar I will come around .

As I said in the post above its people like you all that are going to change the standard of social media platforms and make people realize they can have a real place with true freedom of speech without a political/financial agenda or bias . This place is setting the bar for what is the future , an that future is @steemit and being apart of it is going to be an amazing ride and life experience everyone deserves , people like you all and @intelliguy are going to be apart of making that experience what it is and making it possible.
