I'm Shaylan, I make wire wrapped jewelery, I paint pictures, I write poetry, take photos, and I'm here to share my art in attempts of bringing something new to the world that can help us all grow, evolve, and transform our lives. I'm a music lover, and am aiming to make some of my own, with the intention of it being medicine. I believe in the revolution~
My interests lie in music, sustainable living, growing our own food, reducing waste, and overall just accepting each other more in time. I heard of steemit through @wisewoof and @skycae over the last little while, and decided it was finally time to join you all here. I am looking forward to refreshing content from all of you, and to learn some new things. I am excited to start sharing and growing with you all. I love making friends around the world, and what better place than steemit?!

Welcome! And you shall indeed love it round here. There are so many artists and creatives here to share with and wonderful homesteaders and well really everyone is just topping. I am an artist and I keep quail and chickens and love to garden. I am so glad you are here, Steemit is such a wonderful haven online.
Thank you, I'm really looking forward to some new perspectives. I am going to be setting up my tower garden again soon, I am very excited to grow food during the winter months for the first time, indoors :D
Oh please post about that. I'm not sure I know what a tower garden is, but if it lets you grow indoors in winter, I'm in! I'm going to try the milk jug mini greenhouse plant outside in cold winter attempt this year to see how hardy the seedlings really are for the Spring planting . I was going to do it first in January but we've had an incredible two week freeze round here and it's far too cold to even venture to the garden to do it.
As soon as I set it all up, I will certainly post about it. I am changing homes as of February 1st. I will see what I can do to set it up. Money will be tight and I'll need some materials first. Hopefully I can get it going right away~

wire weaving ?so you did that all by hand ?
I made the coil with a drill in the picture I showed here! But yes, generally my work is by hand. ^_^ I start with spools of wire :) One day I will upgrade and work with silver :D
Yeah, i was hoping you used a drill that many coils would take hours without a drill . good luck here on steemit
My first coil ever was definitely made by hand. I will admit that even with a drill, that coil took two hours to complete :O
