My Introduction - How I am Adding Value to Steemit - Plus 13 Ideas to Help the Growth of Steemit - Great People I Met- Enjoy transfering all my knowledge & learnings to my Followers

Hi Steemians and Utopians,

This is @gold84. I have been here on Steemit for a few months now, and thought this would be a good time to write my introductory post. On my first days on steemit I started to read a lot from steemians, learning about steem, bitshares, eos, steemit, and everything on the crypto world.

I enjoy transfering all my knowledge and learnings to my readers and followers (and this is what I actually do), and also enjoy reading comments and replying back, this is the way to a continuous learning and growth.

I have a business/design background and since my first day here on Steemit I have been amazed with this technologies that @dan has created with the big 3 (steem, bitshares and eos). But more impressive is @dan 's vision with steem, that is to enpower people, give the control back to the people that is were it belongs to, and finally achieve freedom! If you could tell me who thinks like that, or which bank or government aimed or aims for this, you must be 1 of a kind, because what @dan wants for everyone and society is something more fair for all.
I learned all this in my first week by researching a lot and found a the great post from @teamsteem called welcome to steem (https://steemit.com/joy/@teamsteem/welcome-to-steem). I definitely recommend you to follow him if you have not yet.

After reading, researching a lot, I finally found @utopian-io that launched about to months ago. I got to know @elear its creator, who apart of being a great visionary, is an excellent person, very communicative, and always looking to find ways to collaborate in the community. His development @utopian-io came just on the right time to disrupt the way open source projects are funded. This type of innovations are what really create new economies/markets, and this is just happening. His platform work great for both: sponsors and contributors (smart creative people that are developing and generating ideas, analysis, finding bugs, etc). Sponsors that want to help in one way to fund projects. They can do so by delegating SP (steem power), and in order to delegate steem power, they need to buy steem, and power up. So money flows into the steem blockchain. And contributors, that are able to create, develop projects, ideas, opensource products, that are finally rewarded with steem power and sbd. @elear mentioned the other day in a video, that if we are crazy enough to think we can change the world, we'll actually do so. And this phrase from Steve Jobs is so powerful and true that I think he could not have chosen a better thing to say to close his video.

Below I will mention several steemians that are actively contributing for the growth of the community, and that in one way or another have helped me make my way on steemit.
Before this, I want to let you know what I am actually doing for steemit.

I have been researching for the needs of the platform in terms of interface, based on my design knowledge and on comments from different people around the platform.

Here are important People I discovered on Steemit that helped me make my path here:

On the path I found a great community on steemit, people who had similar likes cryptocurrency, trading, investing, business, marketing/promotion, design, economy, and even sports to mention some of my likes.

For trading I found the knowledge and experience of @cryptographic and @haejin . @cryptographic makes great analysis for crypto and he has several years of experience with technical analysis, I definitely recommend you to follow him. He also contributes with design ideas for steemit.
Speaking about @haejin , he devotes his time making technical analysis and coaching on different cryptocurrencies. So if you need to know what will happen with a certain crypto, climbings or corrections, you should better follow him. I read his blog quite often and many times things go as he predicts. Its impossible to time the market and be 100% accurate, however, his experience makes him be close to it. As he, and many people say, as well as myself, DYOR and (Do your own research) and do not invest more than you can affor to loose.

For business and promotion I get to know @starkerz and @stephenkendal . They both have a huge experience in business, marketing, and they are actually building a guild to cure quality content from people around the world that are promoting steem and steemit. I definitely encourage you to follow them if you are interested in learning about their strategies and actions to help steemit grow, and make an inflow of funds onto steem, and reduce the outflow.

For sports and investing I found @tytran . In tennis he is a fan of Federer. He is also having a huge participation on steemit, together with @ackza, they are helping new steemians make their way on the platform. @ackza knows a lot of the developments of the big 3 (steem, bitshares and eos), partly by listening to several of the main developers on the platform, what they are actually developing, and their vision on how steem will look like. His posts have lots of knowledge combined with great news about blockchain developments, specially, steem, eos, golos and bitshares.

To learn anything you need to know about steemit, and appreciate huge marketing efforts, @jerrybanfield is the one to follow (He can be called the Steemit University). If you are here on steemit, its difficult you have not see at least 1 training post made by him. He is very actively as a witness contributing to the advertising of steemit on youtube, facebook, and google, as well as making lots of publicity with his personal channels on social media platforms.

Many other people have been collaborating through out my way on the platform and on crypto, and that is why I dedicate the to them, who continuosly contribute to the steemit community and that are helping me in a way or another make my personal path here on the platform. @cryptographic , @tytran , @ackza , @g-dubs , @teamsteem , @jerrybanfield , @starkerz , @stephenkendal , @onealfa , @cryptoeagle , @bigsilver , @cryptokeepr , @d-pend , @eirik , @futuristgear , @libertyteeth
