That is very generous of you! We need more of this to counteract the whole paranoia around whales.

You'll need a dual monitor setup at this rate. :)

I have a tiny one but it's honestly not worth it. I can do this with just one monitor. Hell, I just read this story about a guy who steems with just one arm. @Handsolo is the man.

yeah,i was truly amazed reading his story,im glad that the community here can help him with just a little effort-few whales clicking upvote, and he will get happy for sure ;D

The only help he needs is shared humanity. It's not all about whale upvotes, no?

interesting idea. Good luck!

Yeah check out that guy's story. It's amazing.

Wow, that's really inspirational! I'm amazed to find steemers come from so many different walks of life.

You're doing just fine with one monitor, by the way. :) It's steemers like you that keep us minnows going.

A healthy ecosystem has to be chalk full of all kinds of fish and mammals. The reality is that we're all in this together and we all make it valuable together. If this crazy thing is going to work, that's how it has to work.

Indeed, bacteria are part of the healthy ecosystem too. :) Our digestive system would not function without those little buggers.

That probably doesn't have much do with Steemit, but yes, it's going to work. It will never be perfect, but it's going to work in it's own way, and the more diverse the... steemerbase... the better it will be.

i dont think you will be able to do thats
1001 : 24 = 41.7 comment / hours
or in other word you need to make one comment every minutes non stop lol

Funny idea, I wish you good luck with reaching your goal. If you want to, you can check out my blog posts @shortcut or if you want one specific I would suggest this one.

You my friend get it: helping me out and yourself out in one Tweet sized comment. I will do.

Thanks, I like the idea of being friends. I guess that's one of the core ideas here. Keep it up that way!

The caffeine powder I was sent is helping. Seems totally legit.

Going there now. At the speed of 20 WPM.

Great post. I have seen some of your past posts but that one is the best. So much effort.

Happy to be part of this! Reply to me.

You have now been officially replied to. Cheerio. I'll go check your posts and come back here.

What a great story.

AND I LOVE that Phoenix song.

AND this picture is LIFE.

I think there should be a few more animals in the steemit ecosystem. Minnow, clown-fish (people posting a lot in #funny), blue tang fish (like dory from Nemo who post more than once in the #introduceyourself section) that one was just a joke haha, maybe an orca who helps down vote trolls. I think I'd rather be a new type of fish than to think of myself as a fat minnow on the path to dolphin rank. (Anemones could be inactive users too ☺)

You will need one of these! ;)

that's what's in the IV right now. Going great. I feel fine. Ok maybe a little jittery but that's what the booze is for.

Hi Eeks! Feel free to check out my blog mate --> @oliverb

Heading there now!

Curate those photos better! Make it a story!

Thanks buddy - but check my 2 posts previous to the one you looked at from today. I curated and wrote my head off... today's post was just me trying things the other way, minimal. I didn't get any purchase on the site for my well written travel posts, so I thought I'd swing the other way and go simple.

Totally fair and I stand corrected. I'll keep an eye out for your posts. Feel free to ping me here or on Slack. Getting purchase is tricky.

Hey thanks Eeks! That's very generous. How would I ping you here?

Great idea. You will definitely learn from many different types of people. However I might advise a slightly smaller number because as with posts, comments can be valuable. I'm sure you will do so, but taking the time to answer new peoples questions and give them advice makes you a valuable asset here as well as sets a good example to follow. Everyone is new once. Someone probably help you out so if everyone does that, then it will continue to be my favorite community. I wish you strength in your fingers for your endeavor haha. I love your initiative to go out there and make things happen instead of sitting back and complaining that nobody will look at your posts and blame others. Solid work!

I did end up posting much slower than I would have liked so I could take the right amount of time and be thoughtful with each person. Your advice was good. I also got sidetracked with this Ethereum Classic situation.

Yeah! its nice to be able to talk to everyone on here. New users aren't treated as less important, even though monetarily they have less power to influence. You never know who you might help that will wind up clicking with you. I think we both have a similar mind, so we could collaborate on something if you'd like to at some point as i was going to suggest posting the best comments that you receive during your experiment to bring attention to new users who post content that is great but gets few votes. I'd love to do more to encourage new users to be able to be successful by taking them under our wings and helping give them ideas. I dislike people becoming frustrated by spending a lot of time writing and posting something to be eclipsed by a meme. If we can help new users have success fast it helps us all. A positive word of mouth from people making even a hundred dollars can inspire people. I'd love to see more people who are truly struggling to make ends meet (and we can tell who is faking 90% of the time) become able to post. When people walk down the street past a homeless person a lot of people don't even make eye contact. I'm not an incredible writer, but im passionate. And maybe steemit can be a platform to launch people out of poverty by telling the stories of their personal heartache that cannot be copied by anyone else. Some content will be hard to stomache, but also the hope this platform can bring is real. People posting circle jerk type stuff is going to happen, but i want to invest fully in this platform and learn from people with diverse stories to share. Haha that's probably good for now but yes if you have the time ill give you my email. and i will continue to follow your content as i would honestly like to find new users with talent or humor you have discovered. Time is finite so compiling some great users and giving them some support can only help others out in the long run whether minnow or whale. I guess id be a slightly overweight minnow at the moment haha. Sometimes i write way too much and hopefully you can see why i didn't try to do your challenge as well. it'd be days later

if you'd like to at some point as i was going to suggest posting the best comments that you receive during your experiment to bring attention to new users who post content that is great but gets few votes

Already part of my grand plan! This site doesn't grow without sharing the love and encouraging people.

Good luck, and enjoy! There are plenty of awesome steemers out there, :).

Here's my latest piece:

On my way to check it out. Thanks for the kind words.

for the people mad they haven't gone viral yet https://steemit.com/money/@jillstein2016/how-to-go-viral-on-steemit

...and there are A LOT of those people. They should take a Jill Pill, like I plan to.
