Get to know me, just a bit.

Introducing myself in person would be much easier than trying to figure out what words correctly define who I am in the present moment. I do believe we are always evolving and change is a constant in my life.

A Simple Introduction

I was born in Mexico City, but I have always liked moving around and travel has been my passion ever since I was a young child. I have lived in Mexico City, Playa del Carmen, Houston, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong.

My curiosity to see the world and it´s finest details brought photography into my life since high-school. When I am shooting, I feel the present moment as much as when I am travelling.

I recently got back form a seven month journey through Central and South America with my fiancé and we are taking a break from airplanes and buses in Playa del Carmen, México.

Its important to know that I went to school for business and worked for a big transnational company for a couple of years, which is when I decided not to work doing anything other than that which I love to do. Since then I have taken many opportunities in many different industries. I have also started a few businesses of my own. One of the projects I am most proud of is #AlohaPaddleClub. I started that business with my good friend Sander Claassens but I sold my half last year to travel the world with my beautiful girlfriend. It has been one of my favorite start-ups.

Currently, I live in Playa del Carmen and I am working on various projects and loving it. Here is a short video of a company which we will launch online very soon (www.neekhu.com). It has to do with #FairTrade and one of a kind hand made products made in Mexico by artisans. #ConnectWithTradition
