Hello Steemit, this is the Bearded Gentlemean with Semi-serious sociology for the masses!
A list of stereotypes about the human fauna that surrounds us and delights our otherwise sad existence or, more often, nourishes our otherwise joyful existences. When it comes to stereotypes, in contemporary popular culture, it is usually done with a negative meaning, within often radical-chic or fake perbenist proclamations such as "stereotypes on immigrants hinder integration!", presented by individuals who then change sidewalks when they meet groups of different whites. In short, it seems that these damn commonplace are so twentieth century, inappropriate for the brilliant young or no-so-young-metropolitan.
But if it was really so, then how do stereotypes make us laugh so much, and why do we feel such a strong need to cling to them? Well, Lotman, or another misunderstood semiologist more than confused with Lotman, recognized commonplace the function of decoding the complexity of reality in understandable and common references to a culture. It is also true that stereotypes are based almost inescapably on truths of truth. The expectations that people have towards us due to our social exclusion, our work, the color of our skin and what else may seem unjust and discriminatory, but who can say they do not do the same with the others?
The “Human Types” play on another interesting element, that is, lists or lists. Even in this case, it is nothing more than categorization of reality: to break down a confusing multitude into a set of defined, more easily understandable units. Or something like that, in short.
So, from the "Human Types" you will find an extract of contradictions and pscho-drams of our time. The “Humane Types” presented here are divided short lists, which are wonderfully indexed by belonging to the macro-areas of human existence: study, work, leisure, love and social life.
Again, it is up to you to take these short, but timely listings, giggling and eating popcorn, analyzing them as a lucid transposition of reality or pissing and taking it personally.
