Indian Railway Launched AI Chat bot ''AskDisha'' for Customer Support
Indian Railway is a pride of India, it is a Biggest Railway operation in world under single management. when Lalu Prasad Yadav was the railway minister in year 2006 Harvard university students came to India to study about Indian Railway , How such a huge organization operated under single management. The countries who have bigger rail network than Indian Railway are not under Single management.
To provide better service IRCTC launched ''Ask Disha'' which is a type of AI based Chat bot to solve the customer Query. IRCTC is a first of its kind government organization that providing AI based service.''AskDisha” is Jointly developed by IRCTS and and a Bangalore based Co?Rover Pvt LTD. In Future ''Ask Disha'' will support several regional language.
There is no any doubt about that in future AI based Chat bot or AI based IVRS will kill the customer support services, AI based chat bot service is already adopted by many major Indian banks. I Hope ''AskDisha'' will definitely improve the experience the way Indian railway customer interact with IRCTC website.
