LAST ICO-S (Civic, Status Sonm) and HUMAN RESPOSSIBILITY

It is my first post here, and generally a first such long text in English language so sorry for level of readability.
I am happy that I can share my experience here to many other people.
I invite you to read my manifestation and thank you very much for your time.

In last ICO-s (Initial Coin Offerings) I observed big problem in contemporary people, which is simply LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY. ICO usually means much money, many people and innovative projects, which have big impact on the mass people live. So it also should mean RESPONSIBILITY. But even here I have not observed this important advantage of human psyche.

From this reason my manifestation.

First was SONM ICO. Unfortunately thier ICO website and servers was not prepared for heavy traffic. So simply was down on the ICO start, where everybody was looking for payment address. And from this reason many investors was victims of phishing. And SONM team even not blocked their Slack chat channel, which was source of this misfortune.

Second was Status ICO. After increasing earliest problems with Ethereum network overload during ICO, was not difficult predict that also in this time will be this problem. And conditions of ICO was really self-destructive - for example limiting gas price value (gas price value * gas = payment fee, which have impact on transfer speed). Status Founders could only have hope that people would not use many wallet address, and big investors don't generate thousand mini transactions before ICO start. And I don't blame this "cheats", because they are only players in the game, readers of the book/newspaper, etc. Again unfortunately, this was reason of global network stagnation, problems with payments and smart contracts used by Ethereum apps. Many people wasted time tracking their payments and worrying about it.

Third was Civic. Here we see must progress in ICO event - Civic team created their solution to queuing people and show payment address person by person, so this ICO in smart way spread ICO traffic in time. Unfortunately, they have some bugs in their mobile app, which don't allowed some people participate in ICO. I will inform Civic team about this bugs, because as web-developer I know that probably nobody do it and for such important app like Civic for Person Identity Verification it is my responsibility to do it.
First bug allow people go no the next step without entering and confirming phone number.
And they would be informed that it is requested during last step of whole ICO event.
Where in this situation you have to go to end of queue and like error say something like that "Try reinstall app. Make sure that phone number is confirmed."
Confirming phone number have not solved problem. And after reinstalling app you can't use the same phone number because app recognize your phone as other device.
It is not difficult imagine a situation like this: some Civic user try use their app to confirm ticket on the airport and unfortunately after updating the app he simple can't be verified. And here I have to admit. Civic gather many investors, but not contributors. As developer I don't imagine integrate my apps with Civic, which unfortunately not open-sourced their app code. So it is impossible to me find the bugs, make code review, and be sure that my users will be safe. It also big question about privacy (mobile phone data etc.). So here we also see how much important is RESPONSIBILITY.

I can ask you to be responsible.
I know, that it is not such ease. It required from us some self-perfection attitude.
I will give you one simple exercise to help you awake responsibility.
First logically explanation of this method. Responsibility problem is when we act, in action. So to see impact of our actions we must increase contrast between action and non-action. And you have to understated that even thought is action. So solution will be some simple method of meditation. If you don't know any. Try sit in silence and if thoughts don't allow you do it try enjoy your breathing. Feel love in the air. That is all.
