Meaning these companies are not very active in explaining their plans to the users and are soft on communication. The lack of communication leads users into the dark when it comes with the tools that are offered or any updates that might occur.
When dealing with money it is very important to be transparent and clear. Internal control is a problem within centralized companies when funds need to be sent between management. Funds are easily exploitable since there is a central attack to these centralized companies, and internal fraud is a common issue. Users whom invest, or benefit from the tools, are in full dependency of the team. When team members quit or don't deliver good work, the users take the biggest hit.
Since these centralized companies are bound by their employees and what they have in their immediate use, they are unable to hold a huge range of utility.
