Greetings to you from your noble friend @josepha. How are you doing today? I am so excited to have you here today my dear friend. The post which you are about to read through my dear friend is my entry to the contest that was organized in Steem Cameroon which is center about Talent(skill).

Indeed friend Talent (skill) are gift that makes one look so special from his or her collegeous. Let's take a look at what I have discussed as regard to the contest tips.

What do you understand by Talent(skill)? With examples
Friend in a very simple words, Talent is a natural skill that a person is born with. Talent emerge effortlessly in a life of person which is the reason why it is a natural skill (aptitude), which comes from the inner quality of a person. I'm fact talent is gifted by God because you don't have to stress yourself learning what you already known.

However, Talent and Skill are two words that are related when describing them and they're often confusing to people of which they're not really the same as people may thing. The fact is that Talent comes naturally whereas Skill is something that you develop through learnings.

So friend, by main looking at the two related words I have came to understand that:-

Talent is a natural (i.e inborn) aptitude, a gift that is gain effortlessly without learning them. This simple means that someone who has a talent has the skill to do something very well above average performance in such a way that people who has learned it would be surprise and like what the person did.

Examples of talent:

• Academic talent (Teaching, Writing, Storytelling, Solving Problems, Entrepreneurialism etc)

• Artistic talent (Dancing, Singing, Acting etc).

• Sport talent (Running, Jumping, Swimming, Skating, Playing football etc)

• Personal talent (Patience, Humor, Communication etc).

• Interpersonal talent (Listening, Leadership, Teamwork etc)

Skill is an acquired ability, that is learned with effort. This means that skill is what is something someone has learned in order to perform the best action so as to produce a better results. In learning a skill a person needs to spent his or her time, energy and money.

Examples of skill:

• Problem solving
• Writing
• Critical thinking
• Analyzing information
• Communication etc

Differencee between in-born and self-learned talent
It is said that talent are in-born and self-learned. While there are a lot of people who say talent are in-born and not self learned, however we tend to put it, it depends on the situation we are looking at. Although, below is just a brief difference between in-born and self-learned talent.

Give Illustrations of the different talents.
In this illustration will be making uses of those who know are into music, football and those that can draw. When it come to in-born talent like in the areas of music there are those that are naturally born with a good music vibe their voice alone is something else which is totally different from those that went to music school. A good a example of a musician with an in-born talent is 2pac which even after his death his music is still selling because of his in-born talent.

His in-born talent is make him the greatest rapper ever life. However,also in the area of football there are some footballers like Lionel Andrés Messi, that are naturally talented in the game which makes them more outstanding among their other collegeous.

How can you identify talent
Talent can be identify in several ways in the life of someone. One of the way that I can Identify a talent is through critical thinking. Someone that is talented think more critical than someone that is not talented,also I can Identify talent from characters and behaviors. A person who is talented in doing something doesn't stress his or her self that much and their character are basically on the practical aspect of what their are doing.

Also a person who is talented possess the flowing skill: Extremely curious, excellent reasoning skills, long attention, learn quickly with less repetition and practice, excellent memory etc. All these are the ways that I can Identify talent.

My talent are in the filed of academic, business and sport which are all in-born talent. As a guy I possess with the talent of learning teaching, writing, keeping memories, learning very fast. Writing is one the talent that I enjoy because I can put any given topic into a storyline that will hook the minds of audience or readers.

Entrepreneurialism is also the talent that I am good in. I know how to map out a good business strategy, control a team and also learning very fast is a talent that I also have.
