What are some of the visible signs of Cliamte change in your community ?

Hello everyone,i hope you are all doing good?? I want to thank @thegreens for bringing up this wonderful and amazing contest. I will hereby talk about the signs of climate change in my community in the paragraps below;

One could ask, that what is climate change in the first place?
Climate change is the long-term change of temperature and specific weather patterns in a particular geographical area. ... The cause of climate change these days is largely human activity, like burning fossil fuels and gas. Burning these materials releases what are called greenhouse gases into Earth's atmosphere. Which then tend to change the climate of the earth.

The effects of climate change differs from place to place.

Talking about the effects of Climate change in Ghana, almost all it regions experience the effects of the climate change.
Talking about the increase in sun temperature these days, the delay in rainfall and the increase in air born diseases.
High temperatures will further increase, and rainfall patterns will be less predictable. The country’s vulnerability is largely dependenct on the production of crops that are sensitive to climate change, some of these crops which including cassava,plantain and cocoa

In parts of Ghana, temperature increases have now topped 1.5 ºC, weather patterns and seasons are shifting, and all of this is occurring as a result of the climate change.

The agriculture sector of Ghana is very vulnerable to climate change and as the sector mostly depends on rainfall, if the issue of the climate change is not resolved, the sector stands the chance of being affected most.
