A book of pun,
opens with a bright new day,
like an onion unfolds
as naked secrets
unfurls like a flower
we will wallow in waiting,
lying in state
a state of oppression
where oppression lies in weight,
waiting till we weigh no more.
A book of pun,
opens like an infant's eye,
in the morning's twilight.
forking two paths
in the road!
we're preying on the rain
to come very quick
for our path is tenebrous
and darkness has been knighted
by the evening.
A book of Pun,
will cure cancer,
like a port into better places
we're oinked like a coin,
tossed on glassy floors
until we jangle endlessly
spinning after we've been spun
carelessly loosing our soul
to life's tragic comedy
A book of Pun
is all I need to surge ahead!
like a head forward,
into unknown realms
life blows like steam,
and we're sucked into realms
a realness of reality
where we walk on waters
in the unbelievability of our mind
