I figure, the Orange Stuff was being held Captive in Microscopic Form, by the Heavy Brown Rock that I dissolved using Distilled White Vinegar...
I personally think the Orange Stuff is Gold, but I don't want to let myself get too excited...
No wonder the Brown Rock "is" so heavy...
I still have 99% of the Rock, so whatever you see in the picture, multiply that by 100...
Oh wow, this is starting to resemble my version of the Reset...

Here's one of those video games made by jealous developers hoping to cash in on the massively crazy popularity of Street Fighter II during the early 1990s. Will it be good enough?
The morning empty-stomach runs continue

I've been reading a bit about the benefits of going for a run with nothing in your stomach and I don't know what to make of them. There is some science that suggests that if you have nothing in your stomach that running in the morning with an empty stomach will help burn fat. I have no idea if that is true or not and we are unlikely to get a real scientific result on this because , come on! It would be damn-near impossible to determine if that is a fact.
Dandelion coffee

I’ve wanted to make Dandelion coffee for ages now and I finally gave it a go. Dandelions are a super super food and great for circulation and digestion. Honestly though making this coffee is a lot of hard work for a small result. I definitely didn’t expect one cup of coffee to be this labour intensive and i can now see why people just buy the packs lol

У мене дуже мало соціального життя. Працюю я вдома, у спортзалі тренуюся, а не спілкуюся, максимум коли гуляю своїх собак спілкуюся з іншими собаками (і зовсім трошки з їх господарями). З чоловіком ми оба інтроверти, тож теж доволі рідко сідаємо потеревенити. Я від цього не страждаю, спілкування мене не заряджає, а виснажує, причому дуже швидко. Ходити кудись у суспільні заклади мені жодного сенсу, бо я не тільки не спілкуюся, а ще й не вживаю. Залишаються якісь тематичні заходи, але їх теж мало.
I have very little social life. I work at home, I train in the gym, but I don't communicate, at most when I walk my dogs I communicate with other dogs (and quite a bit with their owners). My husband and I are both introverts, so we rarely sit down to talk. I do not suffer from this, communication does not recharge me, but exhausts me, and very quickly. It makes no sense for me to go somewhere to social institutions, because not only do I not communicate, but I also do not use drugs. There are still some thematic events, but they are also few.
