It is a pleasure to be here with a wonderful contest where you are already cordially invited to participate, I will tell you what it is about, this coming April 2nd is World Gelatin Day, a special day to honor this dessert that full of color and flavor our table!.

Gelatin, is healthy, easy to prepare and is the star in confectionery and gastronomy, it has infinite benefits for the body, among which it stands out that it is rich in proteins and vitamins, increases collagen production and many other benefits that is why it is a food that should be part of the daily diet.

So I invite you to celebrate together the World Gelatin Day, which can be enjoyed in a wide variety of flavors and colors!.
