To start this topic we must understand and understand what plagiarism is. for me personally I believe that plagiarism is nothing more than an appropriation of a resource either intellectual or material not our own and that we make other people think that it is ours, and so in this way we may be incurring in legal infractions.

Plagiarism is the representation of another author's language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions as one's own original work. In educational contexts, there are differing definitions of plagiarism depending on the institution. source

This fact that directly involves a crime such as the appropriation of merits, ideas, creations, works or material objects are facts that are legally condemned and that those who promote or incite this crime must be punished. And the Steemit platform is a platform in which these facts are punished through negative votes towards those users who voluntarily or involuntarily make use of ideas or publications of other users in order to achieve their own benefit. That is why it is necessary that, when writing about a research, we must combine the information of the references read or consulted and capture them in order to give them the deserved merit through the citation, as when we are going to do the thesis or our degree work, which when we make the citations we highlight the importance of a specific research.<div class="text-justify" Whenever you make a query whether in a book, a website, magazine or any published material mentions its authors. One thing that would also serve would be to interpret in our own words the articles read, and always remember to make or mention the quote from where the article read comes.
