Hello all, how are you all steemit friends, hopefully always healthy and prosperous this time I want to finish posting #achivement6.

In this post I try to finish my #achivement6 post after reading the guide that @cryptokannon made for newcomers about Understanding Curation and Community. here I try my best to complete my last task 6.

Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

The way it works or the voting system and the provision of curation on steemit is clear of course with good post quality because if the posts are not good, of course it will be difficult to get curation and the second is community selection because without the right community it is difficult for us to get good voting and curation.

The curation awards are usually SBD, STEEM and TRX. This prize is given by voting on our good posts. but we really can have a new prize after our post has passed 7 days of posting. for the amount of the prize itself, it will be divided into 50% for the curator and 50% for the post owner.

It's not only about quality and community which is important, but steem power is quite important for the strength of our account, the greater the steem power we have, the greater the voting power we will get.

Examples of curation gifts that we get after 7 days of posting we are on steemit.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

There are several things that will happen if you vote before the post lasts 5 minutes, including:

• The first thing that will happen if you vote in 1 minute, then what will be received by the curator is 20%, and 80% remains in the prize pool.
• The second thing that will happen if you vote in 2 minutes, then what the curator will get is 40%, and 60% remains in the prize pool.
• The third thing that will happen if you vote in 3 minutes, the curator will get 60%, and 40% will remain in the prize pool.
• The fourth thing that will happen if you vote in 4 minutes, then what the curator will get is 80%, and 20% remains in the prize pool.
• The last thing that will happen if you vote 5 minutes or more after posting, the curator will get 100% of the curation prizes.

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

Witnesses are important people who are influential in the process of progressing steemit, their role should be taken into account in steemit.

After completing several achievements in newcomers I think the most appropriate people to vote for as witnesses are @justyy and @steemchiller the reason I vote for them is because so far I have learned a lot about @SteemWorld.org and @Steemyy.com. this is all thanks to their hard work in developing steemit and making it easier for people to know many things.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

So far I have followed several communities on steemit and the community I post regularly is @wherein after completing all my achievements I will also join the Steemit Crypto Academy community I want to know more about crypto we all know in steemit has many communities but some communities don't have direction and there are also communities that often abuse the steem power that has been delegated, it all depends on us, the progress of our account is in our hands. Choose a community that can really make learning tips and distribute our work.
